Unfortunately very disorganized. Nice building with lots of staff with good intentions. But maybe due to policies or turnover it will lead you nowhere, which is terrible for some dealing with chronic pain. Hopefully they will clean up the chaos.

not a varry good pain clinic if thay can take on new patients form out of town

I have been in pain for 4+ years now. On painkillers all day. I'm in limbo waiting for my appointment been about a month since my doctor sent it to their offices. Something tells me this wait will last until next year or the year after. I called and was told that they are booking last year's patients for this year. I'm guessing they'll also tell me covid is to blame for their backlog. I'm just tired of living in pain. They say it's not right to take painkillers daily for years. However, no one wants to help me. Doctors decline me left, right, and centre. How am I supposed to help myself if no one else wants to help me or even diagnose what is wrong with me? I'm waiting for another year again. This Tapmi pain clinic is so far useless to me. I don't know why the government considers this, as a fast service. The only thing they've told me is, We have no cancellation list. Don't call us

Despite a fibromyalgia diagnosis, all they offered me were patient education and graded exercise sessions. Not very helpful.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was left in the waiting room for 2 hours, no one even checked in to see what I was waiting for, the doctor just skipped over me… When I decided to ask they put me with a student who asked me questions and went back to the doctor for help. What a waste.

My doc referred me several weeks ago so I called 2 days ago to find out whether they had received a referral and it’s status but they haven’t returned my call. They have no email contact listed on their website and there phone line doesn’t take messages. Great…..
