Pioneer Plumbing were called when our water tank was not working on the August long weekend. A plumber came to our house the same day and diagnosed the problem. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and we decided to get a new tank. The following week a new tank arrived with two technicians who worked very efficiently and professionally in our homeWe received very prompt and courteous service and prices from this company and would highly recommend them.

Very impressed first time client. They came, they inspected, they conquered..... Seriously, Joey was promptly on time, friendly & polite no nonsense, right to work inspecting the problem and coming up with a solution. He had to come back next day to do the repair as equipment was needed and, again promptly on time. Took some time to drain the system in prder to cut out some damaged pipe, but once drained he was quite efficient and proficient with the repair at hand, taking care to get the job done right. Very tidy workmanship. I WILL be calling Pioneer again. Highly recommended. You won't be disappointed.

Just had the best experience with a plumber in a very long time. My house is an old timer and a work in progress. I asked for a seasoned plumber, because I am tired of paying for the learning curve. Our older natural gas water heater finally gave up the ghost after 24 years of service, it was a GE rebranded with Rheem insides. We downsized from 60 USgal to a Rheem 50 USgal unit which saves on the amount of gas used and updates the burner technical specifications. I contacted my neighbor Curtis with dimensions, tank size, and photo of the old setup. Curtis handled selection, the appointment setup, and particulars; promptly and efficiently. The technician Ashley, arrived on time, removed the old unit, and installed the new unit, with professional and technical aplomb; despite tight working conditions. I found Ashley to be professional, courteous, polite and cheerful. I found Pioneer Plumbling & Heating, Inc. service oriented and professional in all aspects. Great job, great people, and highly recommended. With Pioneer Plumbing & Heating, Inc. you won't have to flush twice, they drain your troubles away the first time! :) Cheers Hans
