Sapphire Scoops

Had the bubble gum and chocolate caramel medium ice cream. Lovely!

This whole trip to Sapphire Scoops was a disaster, to say the absolute least. It started when my sister's and I were waiting behind a Mother and Daughter for almost 5 minutes before their order was taken. Once it was finally taken, we waited another 10 minutes for their 2 ice creams to be made. After what had felt like ages, we could finally order. I was happy until we were hit with the news that the soft serve machine was broken. I was devastated. So my sister's and I got a milkshake, a sundae, and a waffle cone scoop. All that to make took about 10-15 minutes. Waiting outside in the blistering heat, the seconds turned into minutes and the minutes were turning into hours, time was moving like molasses on a cold winters night. After FINALLY getting the ice creams, my sundae was the consistency of milk, it was so runny that they gave me a straw instead of a spoon and didn't care to to tell me that the sundae was too runny to serve. I just took that sundae and threw it into the garbage. My sister's milkshake was also extremely thin and the cup was overflowing and spilling all over her hands. This whole trip was nothing but disastrous. I guess the only good thing to come out of this trip was that the waffle cone was decent and the girl serving us was nice. Other than that, I would never ever recommend going here unless you have lots of time and patience and love to be disappointed.

Delious food such as chicken, burgers, awesome fresh seafood( lobster, crab, cod fish, etc.). Friendly & fast service. Good place to relax with a drink or beer. Set up a tent & spent the night or have a picnic on their lovely grounds.

Very friendly staff! Delicious icecream and huge scoops! I can't wait to go back and try something else on the menu.

Thought it would be a nice place to eat. Was more than an hour waiting for lunch from when we put in our order. Not a big order, just a bowl of chowder, chicken fingers, and a burger. Should not have taken an hour. The food was not the good.

It was ok. The seafood chowder was ok. The fish was good but small servings. We only had a table of 4 & there was only one other couple in the restaurant however the service was awful. I had to go up to the counter to ask for things a couple of times. And we had to wait a long time for the food.

Ordered a regular banana split (Black Cherry, Strawberry and Mango) with Chocolate sauce, Caramel sauce and Mini Reese cups. As well as a Pineapple Fizz! Great prices, delicious ice cream and fast service!

Great variety of hard scooped ice-cream. I recommend in a cup—the cones are a bit flimsy.
