Very disappointed with store employee... She legitimately told me to not look at an item for fear it might break... it was not glass or anything expensive... that’s not a very good way to sell things.. I had 2 others with me who were looking to buy all 3 of us walked out. She was very rude. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Kinder staff would go a long way. If I could rate this a 0 I would.. staff completely made me hate this place. I felt very unwelcome and uncomfortable.

Worst service ever at west Edmonton mall store, they won’t even let me slap my hand with the paddle to see if It hurtsI want to spend money in the store and get treated poorly, it’s a wonder they get any customers

Just purchased an expensive, brand name toy for fun with my wife. Got it home and it doesn't work right out of the box. And of course, it's not returnable. $170.00 down the drain. What a disappointment. Would have been better off buying online.
