I had a horrible experience with my appointment and If I could rate it 0 stars I would. I highly suggest finding someone else as there are many PMU that are way more talented and costs less than what she offers.1. Christina double booked my touch up appointment. I had the slot first, which I initially booked in person and she booked someone else for the exact same time. This wouldn’t usually be an issue, but my commute is over an hour long and I’ve had the appointment “secured” for 2 months. Not only did I have time booked off from work for this specific time, but I also had prior obligations and appointments that I booked around my appointment to make my day go smoothly.2. I adamant on getting it done on the day I booked for so I waited around an extra hour and a half to get my touch up. Since the drive from my place to Langley is over an hour long, I did not want to waste my gas, drive back, then book off another day to come in. Unfortunately, Christina rushed my brows which resulted in noticeable gaps with no hair strokes and pigment. (Photo attached)3. My initial concerns were to cover up myOld microblading, which was done by the talented @perfectframe.mb. They were unfortunately fading red and I just wanted to go over the redness. After the appointment noticed that it did not cover up my previous tattoo and I now have a red ring around my poorly microbladed brows.3. When I raised my concerns with Christina, she told me she would touch up my brows when I get my lip blush appointment. The situation with my brows however put me off and I decided against booking the lip blush appointment. When I told her I changed my mind about the lip blush, she said:“Sorry for the late response!Unfortunately I had offered that because it wouldn’t had taken much time due to you already being there. Which meant I could have easily applied numbing well and set up for Microblading well you were getting your lips done. So I was willing to do it for free.”If you’re the one who double books a clients appointment, and a client is unhappy with their PERMANENT MAKE UP, shouldn’t the service provider rectify the situation immediately? I still don’t understand why this wasn’t handled in the best way possible. I tried to explain to her the issues I was having and she agreed to fix them. I gave her my availability but she made it impossible for me to schedule an appointment with her and I gave up when she moved away. I recently contacted her since I’ve been extremely unhappy with how they turned out (this situation happened around June). It’s been about a week and a half and I still have yet to receive a response.

I’m super happy with my brows, Christina was very good at listening to what I wanted and executing the look I had wanted as well. It was pain free and very professionally done. I would highly recommend Christina to anyone looking to get their eyebrows done.

Christina is a true perfectionist. I went to have my eyebrows microbladed as I had it done a few years ago and it had faded. She took her time and did precise measurements and then proceeded to do her work, Eight weeks later I went to have touch up and she recomended nano needling and powder to make the brows more natural looking and to get the right shade. She corrected the shape and the results are fantastic. I love the new shape and color. I highly recommend Christina and will be going back to have my lips done.

I’m really happy with my brows. Christina was professional and great at what she does. I would highly recommend her to anyone who wants to get their eyebrows done.

Christina is super sweet , she made sure I was comfortable giving me a lot of information about what I was wanting, we worked together to get the shade I had visualized, very professional and super clean work place, super super pleased with the final results, it was exactly what I expected to be!!!

Had lip blush service done end of November. Highly professional, she was able to customize the colour to my liking and also quick to make adjustments to suit my needs. She could be contacted easily via messages and was always there to answer all my questions during the healing phase. I just went into get the colour touched up to get more colour deposited on to the lips. Can’t wait till my lips are fully all healed!
