Had a great ride to Dorset today, got fuel they did not like me wearing my belacalva, asked if I had a mask I said yes then he handed me a dispoable mask, went in and paid they have 1/2 inch think glass at register, which obviously is pretry good protection for them, then left went for a ride then had lunch in Dwight, on the way back stopped there again for fuel they asked again, i said yes i showed them 3 different types of masks and they did not like the look of them, same with my friends while telling us this within 5 feet of us (great social distancing and they were not wearing a mask) he refused to give us fuel, in one year of covid me, my brothers, my family and employees have not been turned away anywhere because of the look of our masks, he was very rude he will never get my business ever again, very discussedDorset SHELL Station

AMAZING and KIND people!! Something was wrong with the brakes on my friend’s car. Dorset Garage wasn’t open on Sundays but they decided to take a look at the car anyway - did a test drive, checked out the hood, and even pumped our tires for us!!! Such wonderful people who helped us out tremendously in getting back home! Thank you so much!!

1 star is 1 too many. The MOST unprofessional experience trying to purchase fuel I have ever had to deal with.The individual who claims to be the owner of this dilapidated establishment is unstable, and may be in need of medication. Clearly he has no interest in conducting himself or his business in a ethical, professional manner. COVID should never be used as an excuse to treat customers in a way this individual does. Shell Oil Corporation needs to reevaluate whether this location is worthy of representing their brand.

The owner is obviously isn’t interested in being open for business to sell fuel. Right now he is a step away from standing out there with a megaphone to voice his opinions on covid restrictions. Pulled in for gas the other day and he’s standing in the parking lot ranting and raving about masks and telling everyone sarcastically how he’s now “in the mask selling business” like a covid crazy vigilante. Do yourself a favour and hit up Tower Hill Marine on the other side of town for fuel and avoid this fanatical 1D1OT ranting in your ear. Hey Shell Canada, do you still do “mystery shopping”? Do yourself a favour and arrive on snowmobile instead of by car. The words EPIC FAIL come to mind.

Wonderful people!!! Our friend's car had a problem and we were afraid we couldn't get back to Toronto. Thank you to Dorset Garage for us! We called them on a Sunday, they were willing to take a look for us on their day off. Very kind and wonderful people. They tested the car and gave us advice plus they even help us with our friend's flat tires. Thank you , we really appreciate it!

Quality accurate diagnosis. City folk should remember to plan to take some time to talk and not just rush in and out again in a hurry. Chill.

Went there this weekend and closed. They don't want snowmobile in there town but always took your money in the years before. Town Hill marine is the place to go, there happy to see you. Unbelievable
