I came to this clinic after hating dealing with another clinic that was very very poor at caring for patients!HH sleep co was a fabulous place to deal with, I feel the 2 different sleep tech's I dealt with really cared. (Billy and another mans name I forget, sorry) They went out of their way to actually listen and address my issues and questions by giving me good honest answers. Thank you for excelling at what you do and treating patients with good honest decency!If I could give you ten stars I would because you were that good at a time when I needed it.

I have been working with Healthy Heart since I was first diagnosed with sleep apnea many years ago. I did look at other companies, but through the conversations, found Healthy Heart to be more focused on my condition and the right treatment versus just selling me a machine. This focus on service is unique, and I would highly recommend Healthy Heart.

You couldn't ask for better service. The kind of caring and support received is a rarity in customer service. I read a negative review and all I could think was what kind of a miserable person posted such comments. No one likes abuse and that is what It would take to make even the best snarky. I have been using this service for years under many circumstances and am always well cared for and impressed. I always recommend this company in bridgeland.

Over the past few years George has helped me out with my CPAP needs on a number of occasions. This last week when I was passing through Calgary he helped me out again and was struck by how good he is at asking questions and taking time to listen. Great guy. Great service.

Very professional, got booked the next day after I explained that my CPAP machine stopped working in the middle of the night. Front desk Admin is very knowledgeable with any insurance issues. I found the right Sleep Clinic who will take care of my sleep apnea condition. Made me feel safe as I am a high risk patient.

I am a key caregiver for my elderly father and I arrived at his appointment in hopes I could pick up this sleep apnea test machine, because he was not feeling able to attend the appointment. This is the 4th time we've tried to get a test like this, first time with this company, having failed to get good results 3 other times.Apparently doctors" will not view the test results without his demographic info and consent. Well what about verbal consent in the phone and getting demographic info at a later date? The previous company we used simply had us sign a form.There are so many better ways this could have gone. Instead I'm left with having to reschedule. But unfortunately it is not that easy for me I have to take 2 partial days off work

If it weren't for George and Jennifer, my life would definitely not be on the up & up today. When I needed a CPAP machine initially, George went above and beyond for me. We tried and tried for a long time to find the right mask fit and pressure settings, with many difficulties. Sure enough, during George's medical leave I was working with Jennifer, and through Jennifer's hard work and determination, and my needing to get my life back in order (can't forget those at the Foothills Sleep Centre), we found the right mask and the right pressure settings.You rarely get the kind of drive and compassion that I experienced in my time with Healthy Hearts. They've saved me (don't forget the Foothills SC), they were never fussy with me (nor I with them), and I'm glad to return the favor by referring people to them whenever possible.

I have complete trust in the work that HHSC does. They have immense knowledge of sleep apnea and of its relationship to other medical conditions. Their client care and support is absolutely about health first. Staff have spent many, many hours with my elderly parent as her needs changed. I wholeheartedly recommend Healthy Heart to anyone searching for sleep apnea support.
