Professional and friendly service!I had my watch band shorten somewhere else but it was not even balanced and it was not comfortable to wear. John helped me to balance it again. Attention to details.I had another watch with broken watch band and it was fixed quickly.Both tasks were done together in about 15 minutes.Highly recommended.

Amazing service. I needed a new watch battery. $15 + tx.The Bay $25 + tx. Time & Gold $25 + tx.These places are gouging and are total rip offs.John Hiew replaced the battery while I waited with a brand new Swiss battery, cleaned the surface of my watch and set the correct time & date. They even added a date on the new battery so I/we can tell how long the new battery eventually lasts. I am totally satisfied. Not only that, it's a very cool shop with lots of fascinating clocks and watches. A+

The technician was quite honest about the value of repairing my very old watch. A watch that is about 45yrs old, well worn but still keeping time. But he quoted $275 to service the watch, though the day before he quoted $175. So the charge was at his whim or was he profiling me because the watch was very sentimental to me.

This shop is hidden in a tall building between Starbucks and sushi shop in Vancouver city. I was so confused where it was because it looked like a normal living area. Took a left to 10th floor and found this shop at the corner. I liked the style of the shop, looked mysterious. A old man helped me to change my watch’s battery right away, and charged $13plus tax. I thought it was a reasonable price.

I saved $100 here by replacing my watch band rather than buying a new watch. The service they gave me was over the top! They took the time to search through their huge inventory to find the perfect watch band for me and then installed it for me, all within a few minutes and for an amazingly reasonable price. Also, their office is like a clock museum! It's worth the price just for the experience.
