Bill and Tina were incredible hosts! They communicated thoroughly and promptly. The room was private - they even provided a key for the option to lock the room. However, they were also extremely friendly and were available to provide company and help when we wanted! The space was very clean and welcoming. We felt very safe and comfortable. Everything that we could’ve possibly needed was provided. Bill & Tina even went above and beyond and filled our tires with air! We absolutely loved our stay in Kingston and want to plan another visit and stay!

Stayed in Guest Suite 2. Beautiful basement suite with private access from the rear of the home. Access to hot tub, pool and large back yard. Big tv, printer, several Google home devices, and a kitchen with all the small appliances one could hope for, all in matching teal. Would happily stay here again

The property was beautiful, peaceful and cute. It was spacious, clean and welcoming. The pool and hot tub area were perfect. I've done a lot of travelling in Canada and abroad and the thing that sets some properties above the rest are the little details that show you that your host cares that you have a good stay. Complimentary bottles of wine and homemade cheesecake greeted us upon arrival. They had every kitchen appliance we could possibly want to use as well as a generous selection of regular and specialty coffees and teas. They had a charger for all device types and various google home tools. These may seem like small things but they speak to a larger picture of the quality and character of both the property and the hosts.I can't recommend this property enough.
