We ordered the sausage and egger breakfast. The food was so greasy it completely soaked the bag. Service was slow despite having few customers. The hash browns have a dirty oil after taste. The coffee was not pleasant we though it in the garbage. I saw the staff touching all the food with their hands while making different orders. No hair nets etc on beards. I definitely could not recommend this place.

Unfortunately was not happy with this place. I saw them making food with no gloves. They were 15 mins to close and the girl at the counter was cleaning the counter tops and she goes in touches food with the dirty hands and helps the other guy making food. Not happy !

Horrible experience. You have to order via kiosk. We waited 30 min for a burger, onion rings and a lemonade. The burger was flat, not packed right. Tasteless and greasy. Onion rings were greasy and batter falling off. Lemonade was water down.We usually have A&W but it seems now that this location has cut down their service and quality.Never coming back.

I ordered a mama burger and onion rings. The mama burger was not great. It didn't seem like there was much to it to be honest. The patty was so thin and it didn't even come with a tomato. The onion rings were good but not the best but I guess it's fast food so what do you expect. The lady working kept messing up our order. My husband had to repeat his order multiple times, it took a while! Then after we were waiting for our food, we skimmed the receipt and she still got it wrong after correcting her at least 3 times. It was very annoying for us as we were hoping for a quick stop and to be on our way. Well it wasn't the case since it took so long for us to order. The whole experience was disappointing We won't be going back.

New kiosks are a deal breaker for me . As a long haul truck driver I have witnessed countless people leaving the bathroom without washing their hands . I have no desire to be forced to use a touch screen to place my order. Particularly at a venue where most people relieve themselves before placing a food order. Not to mention we are coming out of a pandemic . Sure let’s go from social distancing to the communal touch screen to order food no thanks.

They sold me a beyond meat burger that I ordered just before 11, then proceeded to tell me at 11:05 that they closed the grill and could not make any more beyond meat burgers?? I already paid and don’t eat meat. We asked if we could upgrade to sweet potato fries for the inconvenience, she said she couldn’t do anything to make up for THEIR mistake.. She was raising her voice at me and not apologetic at all. Awful customer service.

If you enjoy breakfast here please press like. This restaurant is amazing and is one of the few fast food restaurants that serve breakfast in the area.

Batter on onion rings was bad. Falling off, not good. Took a long time to get order. Got order wrong - slathered it in sauce when we asked for no sauce. Replaced it, but still not impressed. I do not recommend.
