Friendly thoughtful staff that are willing to be flexible to meet customer requests. They were willing to order in multiple sizes of boot to ensure a good fit.Given the times, definitely buy what they have in stock instead of ordering in. Frontier Safety was let down by the couriers they dealt with and over promised repeatedly as a result.One freight company courier lost the shipment while it was en-route, and the other failed to provide a viable tracking number. FS staff weren't as proactive as they could have been following up initially and we lost some time with the first courier and re-order as a result.
