Saturday we woke up to no heat. After numerous resets of the furnace we called ServicePlus. The call center had a tech call me back and I was able to try and troubleshoot a couple of simple things. After that led nowhere a service call was arranged for the same day. They confirmed an arrival window and then arrived on time. Issue was dealt with in only a few minutes. He spent time explaining how the fault had most likely come to be and what to look for in case of a reoccurance. The furnace is 7yrs old and preventative maintenance plans were talked about. Cost for repair was under 150 taxes in. Keep in mind, no parts were required however I had not the knowledge or specialized test equipment to verify the problem. They will be our future go to for anything furnace related. I would highly recommend them.

Our Enviro Gas Stove (27 years old) was not responding to the remote. Fixed in short order and the stove was serviced and cleaned for a very reasonable rate. Service was on time and price was as quoted. We would really recommend ServicePlus for honesty and integrity. (ps, homemade butter tarts are appreciated)

Andrew (the owner) is extremely friendly, easy going and knowledgeable. Having previously worked in the trades I’m always a little skeptical having work done from someone I don’t know, however, spending only a few minutes chatting with Andrew you can tell he really knows what he is talking about. He arrived on time, diagnosed the issue quickly, was able to repair the issue immediately and was very reasonably priced. Will absolutely use his services again!

the experience with Service Plus H&C has been nothing short then pleasant and professional. The pre service was attentive and the the window on delivery of service was on point (Khianna). Shout out to Mitchell the technician that came to complete the repair he was exceptional, courteous and knowledgeable.

I am always sceptical of companies with a five star review but from start to finish I was actually blown away with the customer service provided. Our furnace broke down two days before Christmas. I called and they sent out two techs that diagnosed the issue and provided me with all my options to get back up and running. These tech were so knowledgeable and up front about everything. I had pre spoken to a friend who works in this industry and he told me what needed to be done. Not once did they try to take advantage of me even though they could have. I ended up choosing to replace my furnace and was set up with an appointment the next day (Christmas eve). Andrew can out set everything up and got everything running. He even had to come back Christmas Day to complete a few things. He made sure we had a say in how things would be set up and oriented so that it worked for us even if it was the longer harder way. Everything is now up and running and we are so happy with the final product installed and the service that was provided. I have to get an air conditioner and duct cleaning done this spring and will be for sure reaching out here first. Thank you all for the amazing service and getting us back online with such short notice.

We wanted to replace the older furnace in a mid-century house we just purchased. Andrew is courteous and displayed excellent knowledge about heating systems inspiring confidence. He described the available furnaces and optional equipment, explaining their pros and cons without pressure. He arrived on time, completed the work within the estimated time and left the furnace room clean and tidy. (And located the furnace switch which we couldn’t find, and labelled it!).The cost was precisely was he quoted. After a few days the furnace is running efficiently and is much quieter than the old furnace as promised. Andrew gave us a rundown of the work performed,what regular maintenance we need to do and he even programmed the thermostat for us.We may need to replace the air conditioner this summer and we will definitely be calling Andrew back for AC service.
