Friendly and fast service. Went for a Mexican passport renewal and was quite pleased with how efficient and nice they treated us.

Excellent service. If they don’t pick the phone is because they are really busy. Give them a voicemail and they will call you back. Gaby Piña is a star! She gives the extra mile! Very accommodating and understanding with my baby.Daniela also responded my questions kindly and quickly.

Their phone service is a joke. They keep you waiting for hours and never pick up the phone. They have a menu where they make go through many options just to find what you need and when you select the option needed their system fails and cuts you down. Called a bunch of times and never got able to talk to any human. Looked online for extension numbers and the same. Is somebody actually doing their job in that office?

10 stars for this place. I had to get some tramites done and the consulate went above and beyond in guiding me. They were in constant communication with me letting me know what documents are acceptable and what are not etc. On the day of my appointment, I arrived 10 min early and was let in almost immediately. Connie and Lourdes were just the most amazing people. They spoke to me in such a nice and humane manner and were very quick in the way they processed my information for the visa. They asked me to come back and collect my passport at 3pm. The humanity of the Mexican people is reflected very accurately at this consulate. All in all, an amazing consular experience. Thank you so much!

I wish there were 10 stars to show how much my husband and I appreciated all the help from Connie. I was upset because I didn't think I qualified for Temporary Residency but through Connie's help we discovered a way that I would qualify. We think she went above and beyond. Thanks Connie for making our dream come true.

Good service and professional. Ensure you make your appointment and stamped bank statements are key! I would have given 5 stars if the phone in option was easier to use. We were never able to get through.

Can’t say enough nice things about our recent experience at the Consulate. The woman who processed our permanent residency applications was very friendly and efficient. She made the whole experience far less stressful than we thought it was going to be. We truly hope that the rest of the process is that seamless.

The website lacks info, lack of response from email and phone. Best to walk in and ask questions in person. If you need to legalize a document, the website portion is confusing and the person looking after that is not always there.The temporary resident visa process is a bit tricky. Not all of the info is on the website. Best to set up appointment via the link on their website about 2 weeks ahead of when you think you are ready with documents, email them with your appointment info as requested, and then the consulate (Lourdes) will send you back a long email with more detailed instructions.The consulate itself is on the 4th floor in a rather small unit with about 6 seats and not a lot of standing room. If the consulate is busy, best to wait downstairs or return at a later time.Everyone there is nice, but I just wish the website has the answers and the consulate is willing to respond to emails and phone calls.
