terrible experience, not professional, and very painful

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews! He is absolutely the best doctor/OB we have ever seen in GTA! His advice is extremely helpful for the new parents and he takes the responsibility seriously. He is decisive but careful based on his years of experience especially in critical moment - his being present guarantees the success. We really feel fortunate to have him as our OB and appreciate his efforts all along! The time spent waiting to see him is nothing comparable to the outcome!

TERRIBLE receptionists. The oldest receptionist was inappropriate and showed racist attitude toward patients. The assistant that replaced the previous one laughed coldly and sneered. Will NEVER go back again.

Long wait upon arrival at appointment time, garbage service.

VERY VERY TERRIBLE receptionist, unfriendly voice, yelling to the clients, no patient to the clients. The lady who is checking clients’ weight and blood pressure (guess is the nurse) is also very bad, looks like the clients owe her thousands of Money, unfriend and non-patient voice. Waiting there over 2 hours, asking for washroom, telling client to hold it and wait until Dr finish visit. Seriously? Asking pregnant woman to hold their urine? Asking for Dr note, receptionist stated must let her know three days in advance, stating “Dr is so busy, cannot give you the note now even already paid for Dr note” also stating “you go to another place, you cannot get the Dr note right away”. I was like seriously? I can get Dr note right away no matter I go to my family doctor, urgent care or emergency. Receptionist and the nurse’ attitude are so bad, VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. Never consider the clients’ situation. Paying for 200$ for getting Dr page number, the receptionist attitude even worse after you stating “I do not need to pay 200$ for this”. NEVER AND EVER MEET RECEPTIONIST AND NURSE LIKE THIS TERRIBLE BEFORE SO FAR, THEY ARE WOREST. I do not want to give any star rating at all, if there is minus star on google view, I would like to give minus thousand star for them.

He is a very paitient and knowledable doctor.

Dr Jeremy Wong is the BEST doctor/ OB that I have ever seen. He is very professional and has exceptional dedication to patients. Overall, my wife was so thankful that Dr Wong could be her OB.

I like Dr. Jeremy however, his receptionist is frankly horrible to deal with and insensitive. Completely inappropriate behaviour for the sensitivity needed to handle women with fertility issues. On more than one occasion i had to raise my voice to get my point across. MADE MY TTC journey that much more difficult. I will speak to Dr. Jeremy the next time i see him in person. Very upsetting :(

Wait times are about 3 hrs every time and we saw the doctor for 5 minutes. You can pay $300 for his pager# which seemed unethical. We heard great things about the doctor but couldn’t afford the time so went with midwife clinic instead which was far superior for first-time parents. In the end the staff OB delivered but the support you get from midwives is unparalleled. I think it can be worthwhile if your case is more complex.
