This is the best job I have ever had. It is honest work that you can feel good about. We make the equipment that help farmers make the food we all need to eat.Yes, it is busy, and the work can be challenging, but you end each day with a sense of accomplishment. There is unlimited room for development and growth, and the company is growing at a great pace.

I started out with literally no experience on a torch when they hired me. I spent my first couple months scrapping spatter as is to be expected for someone with no experience in the field. That being said after those 6 weeks were over I was given the opportunity to learn a VAST amount of knowledge in a trade I had never had a hand in. This shop truly cares for its employees and their well being. The learning matrix may seem tedious and frustrating for anyone starting as an apprentice, but if you do your time, show work ethic and give your all, they will give you the opportunity to succeed as a welder/fabricator. The facilities are bar none the highest quality and the attention to safety and work place procedures are of a high standard. I am 40 years old and they gave me a chance to excel in a trade that I had NO experience in. If you are looking for a shop that truly cares for their employees and their well being both in and outside the workplace, I highly recommend applying to JBS equipment. I have nothing but respect and appreciation for the knowledge and time they put into me. Though I have little experience in this field, I whole heartly recommend this company to anyone seeking employment in the field regardless of experience. Ryan the operations manager is a solid human being and will give you every opportunity to excel as long as you have the passion and work ethic to back yourself. Jbs has some amazing equipment that truly stands the toughest conditions and work we put them thru definitely recommend there equipment to everyone!

JBS is an exciting and challenging place to work for, they always strive to put out the best products they can. Over the 12 years I have worked here I have watched JBS grow from a small 2 bay operation to the large, streamline and efficient company they have become today.JBS may have grown a lot but there is still a sense of down to earth family here, from shop helpers to upper management, everyone is friendly and always there to lend a hand if you need. Not to say some would help you move a couch or entertainment unit, but you get the point.

JBS Sand Flinger is the worst piece of equipment I've ever bought. 100% trash

This is an amazing place to work at after just being here a few months it has been a great experience so far. I would recommend the company to anyone it is a fast growing and fast paced company that really invests in its employees. They are huge on the company culture and always strive to be the best and put out only the best quality products.
