Rude and aggressive doctor. Lady with 10 day old baby late for a 10 minutes! The receptionist and doctor aggressively pushed her away. No other people was in the clinic at that time!This doctor should lose his license! Very sad! BE AWARE!*The reply to this review is not true. They yield at her, mentioning that after being late over 15! minutes she must rebook an appointment. It was less than 10 minutes and not 15, but keeping arguing with receptionist and later with aggressive doctor. It is for sure less than a half of allotted appointment time".Dear David Cox

TOP DRAWER OPERATION"I just underwent ear wax removal treatment for a plugged left ear and close to being plugged right ear!I had a wonderful experience with the great staff very friendly helpful ..they called back shortly after I left a voicemail to get an appointment & had me booked for the next morning. took me straight away and the good doctor competently and completely resolved my issues - it's so great to hear perfectly again.The clinic is organized clean with a friendly inviting office and staff that knows what they're doing. I've already referred the clinic to several of my best friends.It's definitely one of the best experiences I've ever had in the health related industry!!I wholeheartedly recommend this place to get yourself sorted outcheers and clear ears!!!~Mark"

Dr. Jamie Coolen is fantastic. I have had hearing aids since I was three years old (now 27- I’m a hearing aid veteran!) and he takes the time to answer questions, explain new products, and is very patience! Whenever I’ve needed repairs, he’s quick to make sure my hearing aids are fixed and isn’t afraid of problem solving. The atmosphere at East Coast Hearing is very welcoming and friendly. I’ve always appreciated their care and will always recommend Jamie to other Hard of Hearing young adults (and older!).

Excellent experience! Nice clinic and friendly staff. I recently took my father in for a hearing test with audiologist, Dr. Coolen. He was a consummate professional who took the time to explain all of the pertinent details to both me and my father. He was patient, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. Very polite professional staff, great place to have your hearing tested

I went for a hearing test today at the beautiful Bedford location to establish a baseline and Dr. Coolen was so kind and explained everything about the test to be done. The receptionist was also very friendly. I highly recommend East Coast Hearing. Great experience!

Just had my follow up appointment with Dr. Jamie Coolen and I couldn’t recommend him enough! He’s extremely friendly, professional and always makes me feel at ease. I really appreciate his level of care and I know he’s genuinely looking out for what’s best for me and my hearing.

1st trip in. The reception was nice. The doctor was solid. He seemed like a good dude and definitely knew his stuff. I'd definitely use this place to get your hearing holes tested.
