Great place! Easy shopping experience. Even the checkout was great. Found exactly what I was looking for. I needed both a hiking shoe and a running shoe. Got both at terrific pricing. Most shoes in sporting goods stores these days are not offering value for dollar. Decathlon offers good quality at excellent prices.

Pat was the most helpful and knowledgeable backpack expert I’ve ever come across. I’ve hiked for years and was looking for a travel backpack to take through Europe for two months. She spent over 45 min pulling different backpacks and helped by adjusting, weighing down, and explaining the benefits of every single one. We found the perfect pack that will be extremely comfortable but still pass as a carry on. Very grateful for the time she took and I’ll definitely be returning to her when I’m looking for more gear. Seriously exceptional service!

Wanted to say thank you to your sales associate Pat. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the equipment I needed for an upcoming long distance hike. She spent the time to set me up with a great backpack on my first visit. Returned today and Pat assisted me with clothing options for this same hike. Decathlon will be our go to store for any outdoor requirements in the future. No pressure sales just good knowledge of the equipment and good suggestions. Thanks again Pat!

A couple of weeks ago, I visited this location to pick up a few items ahead of a hiking trip. Feeling a bit lost in this big store in one of the outdoor gear aisles, I went up to a sales associate. Pat (Patricia) was so immensely helpful in locating everything on my list, with invaluable product knowledge, patience and providing options. She helped me navigate through the aisles and I was able to check off everything on my list. Thank you Pat for your help!

I've had dealings with this store a few times with some issues after buying items.No matter whether the issue was major or minor it was dealt with courtesy, calm & satisfaction!The help in the bicycle workshop was excellent! Juan was a joy to deal with & knew what he was doing! The manager, Kaushel was also very helpful & added to the wonderful experience.I highly recommend this great store with smart young staff who understandcustomer service!

Great service, good selection. One of my friends has been raving about Decathlon so I decided to stop in on a camping trip when my sleeping bag broke. Happy to say I was able to upgrade it and also splurged on a silk liner at a very reasonable price. I also came out of there with a tent that is perfect for one woman plus dog because Gunther and the other sales associates were so incredibly helpful and the return policy is solid. I won't be returning anything though and will be back for more gear soon.

Last time I was there, I had an unpleasant experience with one of their employees in their workshop. One month ago I bought a pair of ice skate in this store and sharpening wasn't properly done, I had some issues while skating, so after a month I had to go back to get them sharpened again and I agreed to pay for the service. Then an unfriendly staff in the workshop asked me for all my personal information; name, phone number; address... in order to sharpen my skates! He wasn't helpful at all, so I talked to his supervisor and got the job done but my question for Decathlon's manager or owner is: why should I give all my personal information to your unfriendly staff in order to get my skates, which I bought from you, sharpened?! It is not acceptable!

A fantastic customer service experience. We have always known Decathlon makes great and reliable products. Unfortunately we had a problem with one of our kayaks itiwitt x500, and were pleasantly surprised how helpful and pleasant it was to interact and receive help from the employees and how knowledgeable and competent they are. Shout out to Burlington Decathlon, and specifically Ash and Niels for their help and support.

I purchased a hybrid bike and a city bike from decathlon about a month ago and it was a nice experience. The staffs were friendly and helpful and when I had issues with putting the bikes in my car the team were trying everything they can to help me, especially Brandon who actually stayed late to help us take the front wheel off and gave us a clear instruction of how to put the wheel on when we get back home. Brandon absolutely made it much easier for bike rookies like us, I would definitely revisit this store again!
