C & C Cycle

I didn't catch his name but the fella who helped me was best kind. It was later in the day after my move returning my truck and even though he was leaving he offered to ba k my truck in for me because I really didn't feel up for that. Thank so much for your help, made my move that little bit better.

C&C cycle took my blower in late august and had it dropped off early November, when they took it I said I wanted her fixed so she was perfect for the winter, anything that needs doing, do. 500$ bill later they replaced a tire, both belts, wheel axle assembly and some other small misc items. First snowfall and the performance was horrendous, worse than before it was dropped off. Not throwing snow right and wheel was still having issues engaging. I called them for them to pick it up and rectify the issues ( at no charge as I had already paid for these items to be fixed) picked it up, called a week later with a 200$ bill, though it was discussed there would be no charge, they undid the “rectifying” work they did and I picked it up, about an hour later with me and replacing the auger belt with a new one ( I’m very confident they never installed a new belt by the look of the one I hauled off, maybe a used at best but certainly charged me for new) and a few other adjustments I made and it was running as it should. In short, take it to a backyard mechanic, pay less and have your machine fixed right, as a technician myself I can say I would never ever recommend work done by the incompetent C&C cycle.

3 for 3! 3 visits to C&C and 3 problems solved.I've been working on my generator for a couple of weeks, peddling at it. It hasn't been running in a couple years. Ironing out all the kinks with it. I needed a spark plug boot / cap. Walked in with the old part (obsolete) and walked out with new part. Now the generator is running smoothly! (2 photos of old spark plug connector, 1 photo of new parts, and then the generator running.)Thanks again!

Awesome service! Paul and Sheldon have been keeping my almost 30 year old Mastercraft/Briggs Stratton blower going for the past 18 years. Good for another 30!!

Been dealing with C&C Cycle for years for my snow blower and lawnmower and the service has always been excellent (as it was this time). Job is thorough, work is high quality, turnaround time is great, and prices are reasonable. I highly recommend C&C Cycle for all your small engine repair and maintenance needs.

I had my Honda 828 snowblower in to be serviced guys picked up the machine did a lot of the repairs and delivered back a few days later ,Paul owner dropped if off himself,had a few small problems but 100 percent fixed .Sheldon also great guy whom I spoke with .First time useing these guys but won,t be the last.My Honda Pressure washer and Honda motorcycle will be getting dropped the spring for tune-ups would highly recommend .l,m a My Pearl resident supporting My Pearl business the way it should be ,thanks again to the staff Gerry O, Keefe
