Noosha and Michelle are wonderful and they are very very helpful and really do care about people and the community and want to help everybody they can. I highly recommend their services to anyone who needs their help.

This centre provides a variety of services to all the community from any backgrounds.There is a large variety of skills training courses, community groups activities, Counseling services for families and individuals, support groups and many more, available for everyone.There are also English classes available for newcomers in different levels.

I am working here as digital marketing coordinator and we do our best to provide settlement and counseling services to immigrants and newcomers in York Region.

This review is not about the services offered but how their hiring process is so unprofessional. Recently they were hiring for Settlement Worker position in which they needed multiple candidates. I understand that they may have had multiple interviews in a day. Regardless, them laughing and smiling about one’s responses to the interview questions was very unsettling especially Asfandyar Rana facial expressions. He was very judgmental in every possible way. I’ve worked in many other settlement agencies and have never seen one so unprofessional like this one.If thé interview was going to be casual, then say so. Do not pretend it’s formal when you’re sitting there judging the interviewee. It got to a point where I just couldn’t think and got all confused and couldn’t say anything. In my 4 years of professional experience, this was far more the most uncomfortable situation I’ve ever been in. Professionalism isn’t just assessing the person you are hiring. It starts with you.

Great place! Affordable services for families and individuals that is not downtown. Accept all religions. I'm not Catholic myself, and never once was turned away because of it.

The Youth Employment & Skill Strategy (YESS) Program is simply amazing! My counselor helped me significantly in landing my first job in Canada with only one interview. Highly recommend this program to all youth in Canada.
