We recently had appraisals done by PV Realty Advisors for a number of our commercial properties in order to obtain an accurate valuation of our holdings. This was the first time using this firm and weren’t sure what to expect. The reports came in on time and what we believe to be accurate in todays market. The reports showed considerable detail and backed up the numbers by explaining how they were arrived at. The service was very professional and we highly recommend this firm to anyone who needs this type of accurate property valuation.

I engaged PV Realty for a Commercial Appraisal of a Property. The assignment was completed on time by Mr. Parveen Vij. He executed the job in a professional manner and the TD Bank Mortgage Officer accepted the Valuation Report without any questions. The fee charged was reasonable and overall I would rcomment him to any person who wants his kind of services.
