My brother looked after getting a new furnace for our mom. We were given misleading information regarding price, rebates, and time to get product. Installation no definite day given. Had to keep calling them to get updates. Plus we went to the office to pay the bill after a couple of days and were told the bill wasn't ready to come back later but no date given when to expect it to be ready. The installers were great to work with though. As to your response I don't feel the need to contact you both my brother and sister were involved and they did contact you since this review they found not much of a response and weren't happy with the excuses.

Troubleshooting a furnace noise.I called in to arrange for a tech to come and visit to determine what might be causing this noise . A visit was promptly scheduled, and the issue was resolved. The team at Bennetts are great people to deal with and they value their customers.

Nothing but positive reviews for this locally owned family business. We used Bennett to install both our HVAC and Tankless Hot Water Heater Systems while building our home a few years ago.From the point of consultation, their client service has been on point. With many questions during installation and as we got to know how the systems worked, each one was met with a quick response and patience from the entire staff.We continue to use Bennett Sheet Metal & Heating to this day for all maintenance needs and our opinion has not changed.We fully recommend this company for any heating and cooling systems.

Did not provide quote, misdiagnosed problem and charged for additional time spent re-diagnosing. Let my dog out of my house twice by leaving front door open. Refused to adhere to request to provide information via email. Poor communication, misleading service/quote/diagnosis. Would never recommend.

Called this company as they were the ones who originally installed the unit 12 years ago. Took almost a month (winter) to get an appointment. Tech shows up (polite, nice fellow) who spends a few hours diagnosing" the system (which hadn't been maintained by the previous owner). Tells me it's the electrical harness (at this time

I am a contractor here in the Comox Valley. I went into Bennett Sheet Metal with a very simple request. I needed a hand brake bent up to assist in the bending panels for a standing seam metal roof I am about to install. The person I spoke with recommended that we instead spot weld 3 pieces together and I accepted. The result is a warped fishing weight that has an uneven trough for 1 bend. The charge was almost $200.I will not be back."

Sent out a tech that did not have experience or knowledge of the heating system. The make and model was given to Bennet before sending a tech out. After spending 2.75 hours the tech tell me he is not sure what is wrong with it as he doesn't know my brand. Quoted several issues with the unit on my bill. Another company came, diagnosed the problem in 30 minutes and fixed it the next day with new part. Problem was not identified by Bennett Sheet Metal. If you want a competent professional look other places!

We had to wait quite a while for the installation, because the installers have been very busy, but the crew came promptly on the morning of the appointed day and completed the job by 4:30 pm. They were competent, courteous, and as unobtrusive as they could be with such a large task carried out in the middle of our house. They explained clearly and demonstrated the working of the fairly complex thermostat. I would definitely recommend Bennett Sheet Metal and Heating to others.
