This place has great wings and great service. You must try burn my ranch, as the flavour burst in your mouth. The wings are delicious and savoury. The panda is a classic and a must try. Whenever hungry, this place always comes through. I would say best restaurant we’ve ever tried.

Delicious wings and a ton of sauces to choose from. Pricey but it’s worth it in the end because it tastes really good. The apocalypse was my favourite sauce. The wings were absolutely fantastic - perfectly cooked, flavorful, and satisfying. They had a variety of sauces to choose from, and I especially enjoyed the spicy buffalo and honey garlic options. The wings alone would have made for a great meal.However, we decided to try their burgers as well, and were extremely disappointed. The burgers were overcooked and dry, lacking any juiciness or flavor. The patties seemed to be of low quality, and the buns were stale. In fact, the burgers were so bad that I had to throw them out without finishing them. We tried the factory's secret sauce that the staff at the front reccommended.While the wings were a standout, the poor quality of the burgers was a major letdown. It's a shame that a place known for great wings couldn't deliver on the burger front. I hope they improve the burger preparation to match the quality of their wings.

Placed the order online through their website and it was ready on time. The pickup process was smooth and staff was friendly. I ordered the Sunday night special 3lb wings. You can choose up to 3 flavours for which I ordered lemon pepper, Gutter butter and the ranch one. I really wanted to order Garlic parmesan but they were all sold out. Maybe next time as all the flavours were amazing especially lemon pepper and they are halal. Definitely will try them again.

Fresh big wings with awesome variety of flavors. Fries were also very fresh and up to the mark. I would just say a bit pricey for 2 lbs wing deal and upgrade juice for $38.I'm definitely trying other flavors next time. I forgot to mention all of their chicken products are halal.

It was my first time visiting this wing spot and I can say that the wings were soo delicious. They have so many flavours and I loved the flavours that I choose. I highly recommend this wing spot if you are looking out for wings .

This place is consistently very good. I truly enjoy their wings a lot. My only issue is with the Lemon Pepper Seasoning. It is really strong on the lemon side and did not really taste like lemon pepper. However, the other flavours I've tried so far (5) total, were really great.

First time here and it was impressive. Large wings, fantastic sauces, crispy fries and great service! Very good pricing for the majority of menu items. The bone in wings were a little more $ but totally worth it!

Amazing, big juicy crunchy wings. Got 1 lb of like a panda and 1 lb of hot honey bbq. Best wings I’ve ever had in my life and you can tell the owner Juan cares about the quality of the food. Customer service was 10/10 and food came relatively quick.

Ordered take out. 1 lb of wings, which were about 8 or 9 wings, decently sized (bigger than standard) Cajun and a side of honey bbq.Tasty and filling wings, the Cajun and Spices were a bit much but still gold.The place is clean and service was quick. One table available in the store to sit.Paid $18.50Wings are supposed to be halal, and place doesn’t serve beer.

First time trying this place and boy, I was not disappointed. I ordered 1 lbs of the Like a Panda Wings. The combo comes with potato wedges and a drink. I upped it with a side of macaroni salad.The wings…well, they were big and juicy! The flavour was amazing. It had a subtle smoky taste and the garlic sauce complimented the sweetness nicely.The wedges were a bit too salty but they were nice and crisp on the outside and tender on the inside.The macaroni salad was creamy and well made.I was greeted by the friendly staff upon entry and left the same way I came in.Overall, this was a fantastic introduction to The Wing Factory. I highly recommend you give this place a try. I know I’ll keep them on my radar the next time I’m craving wings.
