Some of the dogs we have fostered over the last 4 years.

I adopted my cat eight years ago from this SPCA when the people who worked there told me that she was spayed. Low and behold she wasn't - according to the records they had which they had had the entire time. When I asked them about covering the cost (as it was part of my $250 adoption fee) they told me it wasn't their problem because it had been 8 years. Sorry you told me EIGHT YEARS AGO (thanks Nicole because you were the one who told me she was spayed even though she wasn't - and you've been there since 2008, is this how you've handled everyone is by lying and stealing their money?) that she had been fixed even though the records you had at the time stated she hadn't. If she would have died from an infection they wouldn't have cared or if she had kittens they wouldn't have cared. What a disgusting company that should be ashamed of itself and how they treat animals. Where's my refund since you didn't perform a service I paid for? It says on your website that my adoption fee included vaccines and sterilization - it didn't get done so where's my money so I can do the job you as a responsible rescue should be doing.

The staff here are fantastic!!! We brought our photography camp there last week to see the animals and take photos, but we ended up happily staying for over two hours to also do volunteer work!!! The kids had a blast.

Got my first lovely pooch from here. Amazing staff, you can see how well they take care of the animals and how much they love them! A wonderful place to be, over all! Can't wait to start volunteering!

Very well run place . Although I don't think i was in the right frame of mind to be there . I believe Matthew is it who works there is very helpful and knowledgeable about what he is doing . I've never been to a dog rescue home before and is quite the experience. The young good man that works there knows excatly how to welcome you to this and apart from it could have been taken care off sooner via my emails phone calls texts and communication to get there at a better time ( as mentioned wasn't the greatest timing for me when in town as wasnt to well. ) he was very professional. I didnt end up really connecting with the dog i went to see. But I hope he finds a home . They seem like they do a great job with the canines there and deserve to have a good home to go to. Great staff and volunteers. Can sometimes be shorthanded so occasionally responses are delayed but this is to be expected operating an animal shelter in this area. Thorough vetting of pets before placement to ensure they are compatible with the owners.

This place helps out with so many animals in the area! They have volunteers who come and walk the dogs and make sure each animal is taken care of with their own needs! If your looking for a pet this would be my first stop to recommend. They will be able to find a perfect match for you.

Seeing dogs that have been neglected, abused, forgotten about in cages isn't nice. I'm sure their lives are alot better than before their rescues. My wife is a volunteer and we donate to the cause. More help is always needed. Fostering, adopting or even sharing some personal time to help walk the dogs is always appreciated.
