I swear this pharmacy must be a job placement program for the bottom of the pharmacy technician class. The level of incompetence is extraordinary.I have to wait for something nearly every time I come to pick up, and it's always the same excuse Ohh looks like were still working on that one" despite putting the request in days prior. How convenient that I always just happen to arrive within 15minute of my prescription being ready...Multiple instances of my Drs faxing prescriptions

I was so pleased with the service I received from this business. Amjad went above and beyond to help me find the perfect item I was very happy with the quality of the product I received. It was exactly what I was hoping for.

I have continuous issues with this pharmacy.Half filling prescriptions (saying they are filled), charging for them even while covered, the lastest issue is that my Dentist cannot get my T3 and antibotic prescription to go through by fax.Avoid this place. Not worth it.

Amjad is racial discrimination，rude and very offensive to me. Not only once, but four times! I’m so angry when mentioning him or just think about him. I have been here for 6 years and thought all the people are so nice and innocent until I met him.The first time I went to return a not opened milk powder that my husband used one $20 coupon and Amjad said I definitely will lose the coupon. I asked that he just came yesterday and is it possible to get the coupon back or a gift card then I can use it right away he refused.The second time I came here and finished purchasing for 2 boxes formula and used two coupons. He was somewhere else and when he saw me jumped up to the front told Emma I couldn’t use two coupon for one purchase. This is not the first time I used two coupons on two items in one purchase. Emma told him it was done and he said next time I cannot. I complained him with Karen. She apologized and told me they couldn’t refund the coupon I told her anyway other shoppers couldn’t as well but the gave me gift card. My concern is not the coupon now, why he had so bad attitude on me? And why this kind of a person can be a manager? Am I the only one or he is doing this to most customers?I haven’t been here for long time and told my friends try not come here. Two of my friends said they noticed him because he is always unhappy to help. I went to bu the lottery and he was the only cashier. He was helping another one ahead of me and stopped then staring at me for a while.I went to buy cosmetics products the next day and some error occurred. The cashier called him and I said I didn’t want him because he was aimed at me and made me not comfortable at all. he came just told me I couldn’t redeem points without telling me why and how to solve the problem. I complained him with Karen again for his attitude. I asked if I can go out from the entrance door because he was in the other side, cause I was not comfortable, Karen refused.I spent so much money here and use this pharmacy for so many years. I won’t come back again and won’t recommend this store to anyone. Get away from here please! You are spend your money not begging for his help. I wonder how he train the staff well!

I went in for a prescription at 11 am and got told to wait 1.5-2 hours so I did ( i’m not from saskatoon) and then went in after 2 hours and got told that it would be ready at the scheduled pickup time being 3:30, I never once scheduled a pick up time or was told of this. I waited for another 2 hours until 3:30 and went in to pick it up and it still wasn’t ready until 4:30.

1 year ago I had a bad experience with placing my order for antibiotics, but in the last 3 months they improved their work with customers.

Online Shoppers Drug Mart prices and store prices don’t match, talked to the cashier for price match but she still went ahead and charged me extra store price. Never coming back at this location.Occurred Jan. 07 (noon hour).

Worst experience of my life. Was trying to check out some makeup but this rude lady was discriminating against me in the makeup section. She had tattoos and red hair which was spiked; I didn’t catch her name. She already looked as if she was in a bad mood- okay, doesn’t mean she can throw her issues and give me heck. She didn’t seem to have any issues with the white customers also looking in the store. Never in my life was I treated such poorly. Do better, this is Canada 2023, not the 1900’s.

Got rudely kicked out by a worker for spraying a fragrance I was interested in buying. The same worker has been targeting me every visit, alongside treating other people of color with disrespect. Do better.

DO NOT GO TO this pharmacy if you want to save time. Go to LONDON DRUGS.I went there two times for prescription fill up, each event there were at least 6 working staff in pharmacy, yet it took them 6 hours to fill my prescription which had only 2 medicines.Most recent one, i called them 2 times every time they kept saying x amount of time and last they said 20mins and it was 20 mins before store closes. Got the message next morning saying prescription is filled.Not sure if this is management problem or staff working there are just to lazy and pretend to work. Been going to London Drugs pharmacy past 15 years and they are always on time.
