Had delivery and received what was supposed to be chicken sandwiches. Instead of a breast, they used two chicken strips. I know, I know it's still chicken. No, the chicken breasts have a dissent consistency, they are thick and juicy. The chicken strips are hard and crunchy and dry. Unfortunately the store is now closed, therfore I can not do anything about this tonight.I hate the fact that a store takes out upon themselves to provide you with whatever they want in an order, and then you are stuck with the unwanted item. This is becoming a common practice it seems.Don't sell what you don't have.

Not as great as before. Tasteless, only good when it was hot and I can't eat it when it got cold or the next day. Not like KFC it's good hot or cold even better the next day. Take so long to get your order or get served.

Been here few times, when we're nearby Britania beach. Staffs were nice. But every time chicken is cold, warm at best, dont feel the freshness.

Jus got a burger combo with onion rings for 8.99 I didn't want a drink and asked water instead and they charged me an extra $1.50 for the water and when I got home and put it on a plate, I was shocked how little onion rings they put. So I was ripped off for $11.50 to have what you see in the picture. If you're there to rip off customers don't count on people like me to come back.

2 minutes after closing, store still open, lights are on, washrooms open, asked politely if I could just wash my hands and was immediately denied in a rude tone and kicked out by a young gentleman with his earbuds on.Happened at Friday at about 10:03 pm.Seriously? cant wash your hands 3 minutes past closing when everything is still on and open , and get kicked out in a rude tone when you were nothing but polite when asking?Idk if he was having a bad day but ill be going to merivale from now on.

When ordering, was told they don't have onion rings.... ordered Mac and cheese, at the end point they didn't have Mac and cheese but miraculously onion rings appeared ! Worst service.... traveled 16 kms due to 5 star rating while could have gotten same service from 3 kms away store.

I almost tried all foods at this restaurant. The food was delicious and budget friendly. The place is neat and clean. The staff behavior is great. Especially they have offers for all the days with Low price. Really enjoyed.

they send me the wrong order! I ordered legs & thigh, dark meat only but they send me white meat! everything is white meat!! 12 pcs of chicken breast! & it was sooo hard & burned!

So ordered a family meal and paid through the app, they gave me old cold fries when I asked the lady these are old I don’t want them they started talking in Hindi, she told me that my order will take 7 minutes as they are cooking fresh. After we waited they reheated the same fries and gave it to us. This place was so much better before. Now the people don’t even have respect and dignity when they go in here they start talking in Hindi. I don’t recommend this place at all.

Based on all of the reviews, I thought I'd see for myself and it is all true. Terrible service and quality. I will never eat at a Popeyes again. Mary Browns is much better
