If I could give them 0 stars I would. The pharmacist denied my birth control pills because I still had 20 left" even if I told them I was leaving for more than a month and I needed them before leaving. They just don't have the right to do that

I've read most of the reviews, no wonder, when i'm there to buy some stuff, store employees watch and follow me as if i'm going to steal in a very uneducated way, one of them even runs after me to have a clear view of my doing. Well, i think the owner should be better than these employees, this is Canada, not the jungle, so please stop it, we help you to make a profit, so let us have a little respect we deserve in a civilized country. One thing for sure, i'll never set my foot in this store again.

Unbelievably rude, unprofessional and disorganized.Lost prescriptions, arguing with doctor's orders, this place is a disaster.

Terrible hours, close at 8 pm making it hsrd to go pick up parcels . I can't complain so much about the staff as they have always been courteous to me . I wish I could get my mail sent somewhere else when the postman misses me if only because those hours are not convenient for me at all.

Staff was very rude to my wife and I because we spoke english. This is really unacceptable. I contacted the head office and filed a complaint

Pharmacist refuses to sell plain old pre-surgery antibacterial soap, even though they have it. Even with the doctor on the phone, she refused to sell my partner the soap. Acted like she didn't know what it even was at first, before treating my partner like a child for not knowing the name of the soap manufacturer. She even got frustrated when my partner said they'll use normal soap instead if she insists on refusing to sell it... Pharmacist, alarmed, insisted antiseptic soap is needed pre-op to avoid infection... (no duh!) Another employee behind the counter tried to provide it, but refrained as the pharmacist insisted on refusing to sell the product without answering the riddle that is the manufacture's name. Even our doctor said this pharmacist was insane. Avoid this Uniprix if you require your pharmacist to perform their most basic duties! We ended up going to the Jean Coutu a few blocks away and their pharmacist sold us the soap immediately, no questions asked, and were super nice, so I suggest you do the same.

The pharmacist was rude and arrogant after blaming their mistakes on the RAMQ. They take forever to fill prescriptions and they are always confused when it comes to what I need. My experience was the same most of the time. Some people in the pharmacy are nice. Most are not. Avoid this place at all costs.
