Agent hung up the phone after needing to be corrected. When I called back, the agent pretended it was a mistake. The agent proceeded to accuse me of calling him names and became rude. I then disconnected the call. 0 star

Eduardo went many extra miles to help my disabled brother get a new phone and SIM card ! He patiently sorted out the complexity of the situation and my brother was happy to have a phone again . Eduardo was professional and kind and I thank him for helping my brother .

My cat decided he hated my phone and knocked it off a table to it's death. Jorge was a fantastic help in all ways for getting a new phone. I am indecisive when it comes to getting new phones and he was patient and helpful in explaining all the options and how they compared to my previous Galaxy A70. I would not hesitate to recommend the Mayfair location of Koodo to anyone that needs a new phone.

I have been with koodo for over 10years and they have never let me down. I recently got a new phone at the Mayfair location from Ben. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I came back today with a friend who was switching from bell to koodo. Ben wasn't there but Joe was. He remembered me and asked how I was enjoying my phone. Eduardo, the manager, was there and they were both so kind and it reminded me why I love koodo so much. Customer service is always fantastic. Thank you guys. You are all awesome!

We went to this store to solve an issue with our new kodoo phone. Both guys working there were helpful and kind to us, answering all our questions. Liam went ahead and worked hard to make sure everything was perfectbefore we left. Amazing customer service Liam!
