Top quality company with remarkable customer service. Orders come on time as described. I look forward to it monthly, and am amazed at the quality of tea included. I’m a massive tea-lover, and Tea Runners continually provides new varieties that I’ve never heard of or am unfamiliar with, and it’s awesome to try so many new and interesting blends and types. It’s a great subscription and I’ve also given subscriptions as gifts, which is a really unique option. Keep up the good work!

I’ve been a subscriber for over a year now and have consistently been impressed by the quality of the teas and the responsiveness of their customer service team. I love that you can go with a wide variety or specify that you prefer just black teas, or herbal etc. I look forward to my delivery every month and have purchased subscriptions for several tea lovers in my life - cannot recommend enough!

If I could give Tea Runners a 6 star review I would. Their teas are of exceptional quality and I am never disappointed with my shipment. Moreover, I find their customer service to be exceptional and really easy to work with. The last time I had tea this good was at the Ritz Carlton in London!
