This was possibly the worst 45$ wasted this weekend May 22, 2023.My husband went in to order something for take out, the chicken was old as if it was reheated and the fries where extremely greasy. She had ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE.We ordered mashed potatoes ,chicken, fries, biscuits, & drinks.She completely forgot the spoons, napkins, ketchup. Taking an order on the phone, speaking what ever language she is from. Having zero regard of the customer infront of her trying to order food.The food taste old and reheated

Not a fan of this franchise overall .This was a quick bite to give them a 2nd chance. The taste is often led by the flavor of whatever oil they use to fry this food. The fries are soggy. The wings had no flavor.The only positive was the temperature as it had to be freshly fried ,which also meant waiting 10 minutes for them to cook. The honey biscuit was inedible as it was incredibly tough and hard to chew. The cleanliness of the restaurant was average.

I recently visited Churchs chicken, a popular spot for chicken lovers in Brampton. The menu offered a wide variety of chicken dishes, from classic fried chicken to more unique options like wraps and sandwiches which came with two sides and a drink.The service was friendly and attentive. The prices were reasonable for the quality of food and service. Overall, I had a fantastic experience here. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for some delicious, satisfying chicken in a cozy atmosphere.

I bought 3 pieces of chicken. They were dark brown, way overcooked. They had the flavor of being fried in old oil. On top of everything they were extremely salty.I am not a picky person but a threw everything in the garbage. It was disgusting. I don't remember ever throwing food in the garbage because I couldn't eat it.Don't go here.

I'm usually a Churches fan but this location (2880 Queen St E) is horrible. First off the music is so loud the clerk had to ask me to constantly repeat myself, the floor was so greasy that I actually slipped. I was the only customer there at dinner time and this should have tipped me off; I ordered 5 wings, 5 piece tenders, 6 biscuits and a 3 piece spicy chicken combo. I was told that there was only 4 biscuits and 2 pieces of spicy chicken???? It is dinner time (5:30pm) and they are open until 11:00 pm? They didn't even ask if I could wait while they make more they just told me it was unavailable. I asked for hot sauce for the wings and was told the only have ketchup, I'm not sure what Texas they are referring to in the name but no hot sauce just ketchup. The food was fine but I definitely had a bad taste in my mouth after the customer service.

If you order a chicken sandwich from this place make sure you check the sandwich. I waited 20mins for 1 chicken sandwich and when i got home, found out they put 2 cold and dry piece of chicken nuggets instead of the usuall chicken patty!!

Ordered tex Supreme sandwich, they made Mexicana. When they realized they made it wrong, instead of making the whole sandwich new, she cleaned the chicken and placed it in a new bun, nothing changed ! Ordered poutine, they had no cheese. Unprofessionel employees, not going back again ! Poutine without cheese. Never going back.

The reviews are fake. Read the comments from fake reviewers you will see it is posting 5 stars to same few restaurants. This location is terrible. I bought a wrap and fried chicken- the wrap had literally 1 chicken strip in there only and the fried chicken was very dark like they reuse same oil for weeks and extremely salty. This location is extremely stingy. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

This was the worst fried food ever. The chicken wings and chicken breasts in our burgers were tasteless, and seemed like they were cold and just reheated in a microwave. No crunch or crispyiness. I heard them frying so I dont know what they are doing wrong? The fries were the same thing...it was all just soggy feeling and tasteless food. I had to spit out some of my burger because it tasted like there was something spoiled in there...maybe a bad slice of tomato or something. The biscuits were ok, could have used a little more honey syrup or whatever goes on top. Overall for the $50+ in food...this was a disaster and these employees need retraining. The restaurant was dead when I walked in, and while I waited, I saw how dirty it was. Major red flags for the owner's and customers beware!

This location has no free WIFI -1 star. The food was good and I waited 10 minutes to get my burger but it was fresh. Very open waiting space. Friendly staff. Lots of parking.
