Ultimate Car Care

We took both of our Ford Focus' to Ultimate Car Care for the first time last week and had great experiences (one got the steering rack replaced and the other an oil change + brake inspection). They fixed my Focus for $1,500 less than Holiday Ford was going to charge me. They found an affordable part and gave me honest advice, booked my car in quickly, and called with updates which I really appreciated. They are really reasonable and proved trustworthy to us! Never going back to the dealership. Thanks guys!

Blown away! Brought my car in today and it only took Jamie a few minutes to figure out what the mystery sound was. He was honest and even showed me exactly what piece was making the noise and how it probably got to that point.Ultimate Car Care is very professional and honest. You could risk everything and take your vehicle elsewhere, but I wouldn’t. They saved me MONEY and TIME, which we all know both are quite valuable..I will definitely be back for all my car needs! These guys are great! Always seem to go the extra mile to leave their customers happy. Example: they tracked down a parts warranty that saved me hundreds. Fast, professional and very fair price. I wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else.

Jamie and his team are fantastic! No matter what is going on in the shop, they do their best to get me in and out asap. His prices are very fair and their recommendations are always based on what I need. So many places try to sneak in extra work. Jamie has earned my trust and he will quickly earn yours too.

This is certainly the best mechanic in Peterborough. Jamie and his team have provided me with excellent service on multiple occasions. The first time I brought my car in I was brought right under my car on the lift so they could show me what the issue was. They always explain all your options to you and try to find you the best solution. On one occasion I had an issue when they were quite busy and I brought my car in with the hopes they would take a look at it whenever they got a chance. To my surprise they took 20 minutes to fix the issue right then and there since it was an easy fix. I would pay a good chunk of change for this type of service but the prices here are always reasonable.

Jamie (the owner) is a trustworthy, polite and reputable mechanic - He is trusted with company fleet vehicles and personal-use vehicles alike. I have taken my car to Jamie for all repairs and servicing over the past few years now and would never consider going anywhere else. (I have lost faith in dealerships' service) I recommend Ultimate Car Care to my family and friends because he goes the extra mile to make sure your vehicle is looked after (without suggesting unnecessary repairs to gouge his clients) and always at a reasonable price. He's a genuine, nice person and a very experienced, credible mechanic.

I'm new to Peterborough and got referred here by a friend who says he never goes anywhere else. I couldn't be happier with my experience. Jamie explained clearly what my car could use and what could wait. I initially had thought I had a bigger problem (that he could have easily charged me for) and he assured me that I did not. There was one part that I needed that he didn't carry in stock, and he had his supplier deliver it within 15 minutes so that I could avoid having to leave and schedule a new appointment for a separate date. Super personable, and totally reasonably priced.
