It's ok. I didn't rent the studio, but I believe the price is pretty cheap. As a result, the studio issued is nothing special. It's really dusty! We were doing some combat in the studio. Definitely would not recommend. It will feel like you have been rolling outside for an hour. Also, the floor is very hard. Some mats have been put down to make the floor softer, but not ideal for a studio. All that being said, if you just need basic rehearsal space, go for it!
