I ordered beans products online and they delivered me beef in Vaughan mills food court, I am vegetarian. It's unacceptable and they are not even sorry about it. They didn't apologize even once, the customer service is pathetic.

I love taco bell. Eat it all the time. This location is one of the best. The food always tastes better than the other locations I visited. Also, they really stuff the tacos here. Always a good experience.

Never going to Taco-Bell again!!!Not the first time, but certainly the last. I ordered a vegetarian Crunchwrap with beans, and got a beef Crunchwrap. Specifically told the person to give me a Crunchwrap with beans, and as shown on my receipt they did acknowledge my request. However due to lack of skills, poor workmanship, illiterate staff, and lack of organization, they made a beef Crunchwrap. We are a vegetarian family, who do not eat any kind of meat. However beef is forbidden within my Hindu religion. This isn’t the first time this has happened to us, fortunately we were able to catch the error before eating our food. This time we eat the Crunchwrap without realizing it had beef. I would urge everyone to avoid going to a place with such carelessness, especially if they care about their dietary needs. People with allergies, vegans, vegetarians should all avoid Taco-Bell at all Costs!!Don’t get me wrong, I am very understanding however such things cannot be tolerated!Thanks, I hope this helps.

Ordered through door dash, they forgot an item and got an item mixed up (ordered chilly cheese fries) but got a burrito instead. gave them a call , told me to order anything from the app again and they’ll put my other items in. they gave me double! now that’s customer service. Will leave a star out because they did forget an item but other than that they take their customers seriously and compensate them

Reading the 1 star reviews; it seems that this location stakes holders picked up their socks. The order takers are ready and efficient. The food is relatively quick, I got it less than 10 minutes. There are plenty of kitchen staff on location, the foods Doritos Taco supreme were hot and delicious. More smiles on their faces are welcoming to us as customers. No promo deals with Taco Bell.

Veryy slooooow service. Mexican pizza (beef, also comes in veggie) was yummy though. Very cheesy n greasy for when you have that fast food crave! Made in front of you with fresh ingredients, as unhealthy as they are.

Located at a corner of the food court, on the opposite side of the washrooms.Very friendly staff. I don't have the best vision, and they had no problem explaining their menu to me on multiple occasions! They're also pretty nice if you need extra napkins, sauces, utensils, etc, so never be afraid to ask for what you need.The food is good for Taco Bell standards. It has been consistent in quality all the times I have visited. Quantity of fries is more or less standard. I only wish there were more fries in the fries supreme.Overall, I would recommend this store if you're looking for a quick snack while shopping and exploring!
