It is funny that someone says it is stinky and dirty. It is a recycle port and alot of people don’t wash their bottle and cans before recycling. To ke, they already tried their best to keep this place clean and easy to access.

I love Lee's Bottle Depot. Honestly the nicest and most friendly staff work at this place. For me going to a recycling depot is a big deal, I need one that's organized, clean, and has good staff. Lee's Bottle Depot checks off all those and more. I'll never hesitate to bring my recyclables here. 5 star rating easily. They also have a area where you can wash your hands and a bathroom, should you need one. One of, if not my most favorite bottle return depots.

I’ve been taking refundable containers ever since my son graduated from Glenwood Elementary 5 years ago.They had an option whereby if you donate your refund to certain elementary schools , they will dump all your bottles in a big box and you don’t have to sort them out.They always look a little put out when I say donate to Glenwood.The last time was worse though, I said donate to Glenwood about 3 times and he asked me to sort them out , then he tried to give me the 5 bucks. I said No , I wanted to give to Glenwood. He said he didn’t understand, “Next Time “.

Good service, Clem place and very good customer service gave by the employees

The people who work there are very nice. There is a sink where you can wash your hands with soap when you are done, so that is good. They clean off the top of the sinks where you sort your bottles. I could smell the bleach or cleaning product and saw that it was clean. The carts I don't think are ever wiped down, and I cringe a bit whenever I have to bring it to my car to unload and push it inside. The entrance also has very dirty plastic flaps that I cringe when I have to push apart. That kind of a entrance should not be used during covid. It's a surefire way to spread anything, especially since it doesn't look like it is cleaned very often, or ever. This location also has some kind of an automated service or online service for bottle returns that I've never used. It is spacious inside, and you can also return soft plastics and electronics at this location.

Quick counting of containers by staff. Prompt cleaning of the eight large sorting stations by staff. There has not been a line up for the sorting stations since I started frequenting this facility many months ago. There are sometimes line ups at the cashier counting desks, but never more than 5 minutes. There are numerous waste bins, a hand washing station, and an adequate number of parking stalls. Wheelchair accessible.

I’ve been going to Lee’s Bottle Depot for years. They are by far the friendliest and cleanest depot in south Burnaby. There’s plenty of parking, and they accept other recyclable electronics, batteries and paints.

FRIENDLY STAFF AND CLEAN FACILITYI just wanted to give them a positive review for being friendly and clean. I have been coming to this place for how long I can remember and so far the treatment I received from them is nothing but positive. I look forward to doing more business with them in the future.

The staff are friendly and helpful as this was my 1st time usually the drop off method. You have to go right into the place to get new labels as they’re kind of hidden. Tagged bags go in bin in the back. You can access it on the south side so you don’t have to into the place if you already have t your labels.
