We bought our first home this fall and Ray did the inspection for us. He was professional, prompt, and thorough. He went over the entire house from top to bottom and gave us an extremely detailed report of the structural integrity of the home, the electrical system, the heat, hot water, chimney, etc. In the report was everything one can tell from a visual inspection that might become a potential issue in the future. He made sure we understood everything he was doing, and answered all of our questions thoroughly. I would absolutely recommend Ray to anyone buying a home. 100% worth it for peace of mind.

Okay, so I've had home inspections before... but never have I had one with an inspector so knowledgeable, thorough, and charmingly passionate about old houses and their weird quirks. I would legitimately binge-watch his HGTV show if it existed.
