I took my antique standing lamp to Richardson lighting to be assessed and fixed. I assumed it should be repaired within a week and I'll pick it up. Well within two hours of dropping it off they phoned me and told me it was repaired and done. Very fast service they have and courteous as well. I recommend this place for all your lighting needs and repairs.

We had a great experience working with Richardson Lighting for our new build. The customer service, attention to details, and on time delivery and service was exceptional. There are a huge selection in store and a lot more to select and order. Lucy at Richardson helped us to order our fixtures. She is very knowledgable and has a very good vision about how your selections throughout the house match. She was very organized and very prompt. The lights in our house have been eye-catching to our visitors so far. I highly recommend Richardson for your lighting needs.

Large selection of light fixtures and everything lighting related. Such a better selection than generic big box home stores. Edit: I just visited again after several years and I'm still so impressed both by the selection, quality and diverse price points. It is a great place to go regardless of your budget - the cheap lights look so much better than the big box store ones and the higher end ones are fabulous (and still not super expensive). If they don't have what you want they can bring it in. Great advice too.

I used to buy my light fixtures from the big box stores but had such an amazing experience at Richardson that I’ll be buying all my fixtures and bulbs here from now on! Great selection, great prices, and the bulbs I got have a 5 year warranty on them!

Absolutely the best lighting store I have ever used. They have all the different bulbs needed. Their fixtures are of high quality not cheap knock offs. And finally they stand behind what they sell!

The BEST customer service. Richardson's has a great selection in the store, and if they don't have what you need they will help you find it. Returns are never a problem. Great staff who are very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. They will help you if you want help, but let you browse without hounding you. A great place to shop for all your lighting needs. Would highly recommend.
