I see there are not many recent reviews. We have been with West Michigan Communication for a few months and could not be happier. Great service and a customer oriented business. Evan did a wonderful job with installation. Customer service and professionalism is second to none.

Installation is a little pricey.But living in rural michigan.. its not a surprise.Compared to my old internet.. 5-10x faster up and down. Latency is a little higher than a hardline cable to a isp but.. Overall very happy with the service.Evan was fantastic to talk to, explained everything in great detail, and was able to answer just about any question i had.As well as the few times i had some issues with hosting servers/connecting to outside servers, he was very helpful in finding an alternate solution..which brings me to the only downfall..The ISP that WMC is pulling from runs nat filtering.. (Google it)And so that doesn't allow me to directly host game servers inside the house to outside the house..BUT i have found solutions to that.ASIDE from that tidbit. the service is great, even on their worst day they are better than kaltel.Would buy/pay to/install again.

Our experience with Evan and his company was very positive ! The wireless internet service he installed has exceeded our expectations. A far better option than satellite internet services !! Plus we are supporting a local business !

Very slow WIFI service. No customer support what so ever....Tried again to contact the company, again nothing. VERY UNHAPPY with poor service.

Evan has been excellent to do business with. I have been using his service for almost a year now. My previous provider was the complete apposite.Evan's service has performed flawlessly. He is also very customer focused.I therefore highly recommend his service.
