K & K Swim School - Regina

We love K and K ! Our grandaughter was terrified of the water and since starting lessons fall 2022 she has developed by leaps and bounds. The individual lesson format allows for growth and skill development at the swimmers pace. That being said there is continuous improvement with the support/ coaching of the instructors. Best decision ever to enroll !

We’re just about to complete our second session and have been very happy with the results we’ve seen with our son. You can see the improvement from lesson to lesson. Our son enjoys swimming so much now he regularly asks if we could do swimming lessons more often.

K & K offers amazing swimming lessons! The one on one environment is perfect for my child. The teacher works at their pace and there aren't all the distractions and down time that happen with group lessons. The one on one lessons are also calmer and not as over stimulating as group lessons.The teachers are so knowledgeable and make the lessons fun for the kids. My child has learned so much and their swimming has progressed so quickly after a few short months with K & K.Thank you!

We are so impressed with the K&K program and instructors. Our kids are engaged 100% from the moment they get into the pool. The instructors are fantastic with little kids who can sometimes get distracted. Our kids have improved so much since switching to K&K vs city swim classes. It is worth the extra money to invest in K&K. We feel that our kids are safe and in good hands.

We’ve have had our 3 year old son in swim lessons with K&K since summer of 2022. We have had such a positive experience and have seen immense growth with his understanding of water safety, breath control, swimming techniques, etc. He enjoys and looks forward to every session. His instructor (shout out to Kadence!) has been wonderful and has been exactly what he needs to ensure he’s having fun but also learning. I’d recommend K&K swimming to everyone - it is worth the investment in your little one and will give you great peace of mind knowing your little one has the actual tools and knowledge to be safe when near water.

K&K Swimming is just what we needed. Public school used to provide lessons but because of pandemic, that stopped so it was a concern that my son was missing out on life skills. Our instructor is awesome and my son loves it and is progressing well!

Quite honestly I’ve never met a 17 month old who has the confidence in water like my daughter does and I credit it to K & K! She is a little fish and learning more by the minute. So thankful I found this program. We are in our third round of seasonal lessons and it’s been totally worth it. I’ll definitely be putting the newest addition to our family in lessons as soon as she’s ready as well.

I have had my seven year old in K&K for three years, and my four year old in for one year now. We love the one on one instruction and have seen immense improvement in their confidence, independence, and skills as young swimmers. All instructors are friendly, positive, and know how to motivate each swimmer at their personal levels. They are well trained and the leadership team is invested in making sure each swimmer has a great experience. I feel comfortable allowing my sons to swim in pools solo now, knowing they are aware of how to safely tread water, submerge and push off the bottom of the pool, find their way to the ladder/side, float on their backs, and use good breath control to remain calm. It’s amazing seeing our eldest son swim laps of various strokes with strength and skill. We highly recommend K&K if you want your child to find quick and long-standing success as swimmers.

All three of my kids have taken several lessons with KK and we’ve been pleased with their progress through the years. Our goal was water safety and learn to swim and KK delivers. The teachers are diverse in their personalities and work well with my kids. The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is that the process of signing up for sessions is painful. One thing: if you swim with them in continuous sessions then your spot is your spot, but that doesn’t work for our family. I would highly recommend Kk Swim.
