It was truly awful smell, ad I learned for quite a while. Feels that sanitation standards aren't followed in this place.

This is our go-to grocery store. The staff are amazing. The guys in produce are always so friendly and helpful, the manager is generous and patient, the regular cashiers are so kind and thoughtful and even my kids love them and look forward to seeing them. Thanks for making our grocery trips so great Nancy, Sarah, Donna and so many others whose names I should really know by now.

Was at this store Saturday Feb 25th around 230pm, I lost my wedding ring, I want to thank all the staff that helped me look for it. Later only to find out it was in one of my bags. Thank you for your wonderful service. You are the best.

Sunday September 25, 2022, between the hours of 0930 to 09381505 Guelph Line, Burlington Store #657-Still no response for my complaint a week later which doesn’t surprise me-This location also has expired meat products on sale-The staff behaviours only reflection the manager of the store-Poor management to open 2 checkouts and one of them is limited items checkout first thing in the morning. To me that’s poor foresight and or scheduling skills-Cashier 154 Check out time 0937-In the store I see that there were only 2 checkouts open-The second check out was near the exit doors. Check out for 1 – 16 items-The woman in front of me had a full cart of groceries-I decided to go to the 1 – 16 items as the last person were just leaving-Older women at the checkout and a younger one beside her and they were talking for awhile-I had put all my items (21) on the counter and they were sitting there-The younger cashier then moves over, and I say good morning; she barely responds-She now starts to move the groceries recklessly onto the second conveyor belt-By this time another costumer lined up behind me now and began talking to the older cashier (knew each other by the things they were talking about)-Due to the younger cashier reckless way of moving the groceries, one of the cranberry bottles got damaged with the top of it getting pushed and dented downwards-I saw this and said it’s damaged-The older cashier then stops her conversation with the customer and tells me to go put it back on the shelf and get another one-I return to the line and now the cashier and the customer are discussing that I have more than 16 items and holding up the line, many other things caught me and talking about the groceries as if I wasn’t there and so I spoke up to address the costumer-I told her that I was going to stop her right there because the other cashier down the other end is taking more of the workload while no one is down here-The younger cashier throws the receipt on top of the groceries and walks off-On finishing bagging my items the customer continues her banter and I respond back with repeating why I have more than 16 items. How does she know I had that because she was not there when I had all the items on the counter. Discussion with the older cashier is where that came from-Did not get the point that these 2 cashiers were talking prior and already held me up then tells me to go get another 3-liter bottle of cranberry juice, which shouldn’t have happened in the first place and not getting the fact that the other cashier is taking on more customers-I said on leaving I will contact the cashier’s manager. I know better to contact the employers superior and not speak to her as I am one of the first to assist to implement the workplace violence and prevention program-Unfortunately, your employees don’t practice WHD

This is close to home and I come here once in a while. It has its good things and bad things but what I find best is the little stop ins and money you save for things like Bread, Butter, Margarine, maybe some frozen burgers and buns for a quick dinner from the family. Not the BEST products when it comes to produce and their meat selection but when it comes to their boxed, snack items and that sort of foods they are great in price. Saves me a lot compared to the much priced Fortino’s just across the street.

The store is spacious and plenty of parking spots are available in front of it. It has a great collection of fresh vegetables and fruits. The staff are helpful and friendly; the store is clean and well-maintained. They usually have great offers on fruits and vegetables. The plus point is I never got stuck in the lineups during the COVID-19 pandemic.
