I have had the opportunity to buy from here several times and I have absolutely enjoyed my meal every single time. I really do not understand most of the negative comments that I have seen in this reviews.

Food here is decent. Typical fast food! Staff here need to work on their customer service skills as it is very poor. The prices here are decent as the 1 meat and 1 vegetable came to $10.50 plus tax. Overall it is decent.

Worst pad thai ever, no flavor, its just sweet. Rude service as the pad thai is overcooked, soggy and disgusting. Almost made me puke! If i could, i would rate it a zero

Miserable workers, yells at you and gives you a nasty glare if you don’t order fast enough. Small portions in comparison to Bourbon Grill, right next to it, for the same price. Felt like half the food was just oil, didn’t get a chance to take a picture, too nasty had to throw it out asap.

It was good, I got the chicken noodle soup with egg noodles, I found that it tasted faintly of chicken and more so leafy and mild. It was also quite large, it would suffice for two. I'm sure that their other food would be good but if you really want some noodle soup I wouldn't tell you not to get it here, pretty good. Otherwise, the wait was around 5 minutes on a Saturday at noon, and the workers were compliant. No complaints but nothing amazing either.

Came here for lunch. Horrible customer service to begin with, which I can get past as I’m was only here to grab take out. However, the food is the worst part. I had ordered 1 plate (honey garlic chicken, noodles and assorted vegetables). Food was mediocre tasting and very very greasy. Bottom of the container was just grease and I felt sick after. Didn’t eat for the rest of the day and had cramps. Do NOT go here.

Food is great but customer service is absolutely horrible... which shouldn't surprise me based on the other reviews I've read. The cashier has a horrible attitude and has no manners. When I asked for a knife she didn't even acknowledge me and just rudely shoved one in my hand. She huffed and puffed when I asked for a fountain drink instead of a bottle. Very disappointing.

Awefull food. We order veggi and shrimp plater and those were submerged in oil. I never have seen these this much oily food before. I told the server about the oil and her reply was “ it is suppose to be oily. If I don’t like oily food it’s not for me.”Taste was also very bad. It seems like they only cook there food with oil. No salt, spice or anything. Just wasted our money.
