The best goodlife in the city! The staff are so friendly and always cleaning everything. I feel so safe working out there. The manager Lucas is a great helpful person . Equipments also are in high quality.

The staff and management here are approachable and professional. The wide variety of workout equipment is amazing and the classes they offer are fun when you want to switch things up a bit! Overall a great spot for anyone looking to get a thorough workout.

Very clean and organized gym with the latest and greatest exercise equipment, tanning booths, saunas, large locker rooms with private shower stalls. The trainers are great motivators. The only thing I didn't appreciate was how pushy the staff is. It seemed like they were hard up for memberships or something. I've never seen anyone be so pushy or insistent.

I went here regularly, it's definitely not the best goodlife in the city but it was convenient. The showers always had a funky smell coming out of the drains. A lot of the locker doors were broken off their hinges. Equipment was alright. I generally did not like the whole gym but it kind of goes with the crappy mall I suppose.

Be extremely careful signing up for memberships with Goodlife. Their national coverage is limited, and they have all kinds of items written into agreements so that you're stuck into contracts, even if you have to move somewhere where they have no coverage. Sales staff is much more concerned with selling memberships and physical training than educating you on the contract. Seriously READ EVERY LINE OF YOUR CONTRACT. There's a fee for everything, and the customer support team couldn't be less helpful. They're preying on people trying to better themselves, and once you're locked in, they'll suck every penny out of you that they can.

This gym is very clean and the quality of the fitness equipment is excellent. The staff are friendly and it's never too overcrowded. The con's are that its still not back to 24h and allot of gym equipment are still tagged out of service even after mask mandates have been lifted. Overall it's a great gym but if you cant get there between the 8am and 6pm window on weekends, you will have to train elsewhere.

Goodlife was an Awesome gym that was very organized, clean, and had a good atmosphere overall. It’s very sad that they closed the place down.

I think that they need Tammy back again. She always had the machines cleaned. All of them need a good cleaning. I haven't seen a cleaner in awhile. I guess they don't have no one anymore.

Awesome gym! Love the newly expanded weight lifting area. Staff are always extremely friendly and helpful. Great place to workout!!
