Customer service was excellent, they always called me back, shipped and delivered when they said they would - when no one else could. For our immune system challenged family in this troubled time - this means everything and we are grateful.Our Berkey arrived within 2 days as promised, can't wait to set it up!

Berkey Water Store Canada
Our Berkey filters gave us water contaminated with coliform bacteria and not the dealer nor the manufacturer wishes to take responsibility for the dangerous product that they sold us. The customer service of Berkey Water Store Canada was so poor that i wouldn't even give them a 1 is it were possible. What a shame, they had the opportunity to show themselves true to their work and they've failed.
