We had technician Sean come to do a cleaning and overall check of our AC and furnace. We are new homeowners, and neither had been checked in a few years. We are not very experienced in what to check for and how to maintain both a furnace and AC, and Sean was incredibly informative and helpful. We will continue to use them in the future and really appreciated his help.

From start to finish our garage heater installation went smoothly. Eric and Drew arrived on time, explained what the process would be and answered all of our questions. We now have year round usable space for the art studio and workshop. Couldn't be happier!

After waiting months for service, A-1, a company that I had used for 22 years has ignored my multiple calls, excused themselves repeatedly and promised over and over to send someone out.I finally gave up and hired someone else.VERY DISAPPOINTED!!*Update*New furnace guy specifically calls me to the basement and showsme decades of dust that had collected in bottom of the furnace despite me paying every year to have the furnace serviced.I feel ripped off and betrayed.

Awesome service, and honest too!My AC (installed by someone else) wasn’t working well. Eric came to quote for a new one. Instead he spent an hour and a half cleaning the old one, checking the settings, and making sure the whole system was good. At the end it was running like new! He only charged me a standard call out fee of $100!!!!! He could easily have charged me $5000 for new one, and I would not have known that the old one could be fixed.I have used them 4 times now for various things and every time they have done a great job at a very reasonable price!

Their technician Kevin did an excellent job of fixing my furnace. After being told I would need a new furnace by another company I was absolutely delighted that A-1fixed it in no time at all. I have no problem recommending A-1 to anyone .
