If I could give them a zero or negative star I would!! Terrible terrible custom service. Weaselling out of warranty just because my husband took off a few marettes when the garage door stopped working just over a year. Apparently their wiring system is of the same intricacy as a MacBook... we were charged $100 for this marettes mistake. Overall, worst service I've ever received... last minute cancelation, not very prompt appointment, you name it! If you care about after sale service at all, don't go here!

Responds real fast. On time and efficient serviced Experienced professional work a little pricey though. But it's worth it for an urgent work on Sunday

We recently installed a new Garaga doublr garage doorfrom CarWal. The salesman was knowledgeable, polite and friendly and very helpful in assisting us to select the right door. Installer was professional, tidy and also quite friendly. Door works like a charm. Should have called these folks a long time ago!!

I was impressed with the great job that Jiri (the installer) did on our 2 doors. Not only did he arrive late due to travel time to our cottage to place the doors, but he ended up staying late on a Friday to finish the installations as well as add two door openers all in less than 8 hours and by himself. The company was very professional, and clean with excellent workmanship.

On time, professional, and reasonable price when you just need your garage to work. Excellent service and would definitely recommended.

We are very very satisfied with our recent purchase and installation of our new garage door .In deciding to enhance the presentation of our home and riddng ourselves of our old hockey puck/lacrosse ball target we started looking .Not knowing where to start we put out a couple of feelers .Then we came upon Penny Druir and found our solution .Friendly , professional and knowledgable Penny helped make our purchase decision immediately .She was the only one who actually cared what we wanted and wanted to make it happen . Although pricing is important it was not the reason at all we went with Penny .Coming from a related industry myself I recognize the importance of service and we received thart and more .I will not hesitate to recommend and share my experience with Penny , the installers and the rest of the CAR WAL team . our salesperson was very nice, had great samples in large sizes so we could get a good idea of what colour would look best. He also gave us several quotes based on different thicknesses, accessories etc so we had all the information when it came to decide what to order. The wait time from ordering to installation was pretty quick. Installer was also very nice and showed me how to work everything before he left. The door looks great and the opener is incredibly quiet! I am very pleased!

Called late Friday after work to fix an unknown reason my garage wouldn't open. Had someone out within about an hour and diagnosed the issue quickly and repaired it all in 15-20 min. The communication was great and they are very friendly and knowledgeable. I'll definitely use them again if I ever run into another issue.
