Made the mistake of ordering a Swix RACE X water belt from this company. This is a lousy product with a leaky cap. They refused to take a return or replace it.

On July 20, 2022, I initiated a warranty claim for my Louisville Slugger Lady Geny II due to faulty composite on the barrel which caused multiple cracks in the composite itself. On July 21, 2022 I received an email from them indicating my claim was approved and that I would be sent a South Beach El when it was released in early August. It has been almost 2 months and I have not received my replacement. I have been told by Christina Lamoureux, Director Customer Service Sport Div. that I would not be receiving the replacement bat as promised but would have to wait another month to receive a model which contains the same, unreliable composite which has known issues. Firstly the time for a replacement is unreasonable and I will not have a bat for most of the season. Secondly, their customer support, while responsive, provided no clarification on the new bats they are allegedly sending, and did not keep their word on the model of bat they would be sending to me. It appears the company is aware that their product has a design flaw and, in this instance, committing a product substitution scheme. They are promising a higher quality bat and then switching it out with an inferior one.

this place is trash!!. i placed an order for 2 bags and it never arrived, 140$ wasted, I'll go to a more respectable business they're crooks and very lazy when it comes to fixing their mistakes. if i could give 0 Stars i would....

Do not trust to this company, I bought a Julbo explorer 2 sunglasses from their online store last week(julbo-canada.ca), I received it without strap and different bag and also it is not like they have described on the store web page !!! They do not replay your emails and your calls that means there no customer service!!! Do not Do not trust !!

Jumped on a sale when they first released Black Friday sales. Ordered an A2K Mookie Betts glove as it was a really good sale. Received purchase confirmation and tracking information. All my friends had their orders cancelled. CanadaPost tracking information says package was picked up the next day. It's been a month and there hasn't been any updates since. Lanctot says CanadaPost picked up item. CanadaPost says it never left Lanctot warehouse. Something fishy is going on with cancelled orders and no tracking information update. A month later, no glove and a refund was issued.
