We were heading into Halifax for the night when the motor on our window stopped working. We were out of town with our passenger window stuck open, after-hours with a torrential downpour forecasted for the next day. My call was answered by Ron, the owner of Scotia Glass who directed us to his own driveway. Our car is a convertible and the motor needed to be ordered in, so while it wasn't an easy feat, Ron patched us up and saved the trip! On the drive home the next day, it rained as hard as forecasted and the window stayed water-tight. Ron followed-up by text to make sure we arrived home dry and without further issues. 5-stars for extra effort from the owner of this family-owned business!

They were amazing to deal with, had the best price in town, showed up on time and texted to make sure it was a good time! They had it finished in no time I highly recommend!

On Oct 15, contacted to get windshield for my vehicle, said they would order it and it would be about a week, yesterday after repeatedly calling this company and not getting a reply , I msg them. Said the windshield got broke during delivery and none are available and I would have to find another online option. I called the windshield distributor in Burnside who orders these for the local shops. They said , yes they are available and I called another local glass shop and they said they could get it by next Monday and have it installed by the end of next week. I was trying to get this done before the end of the month for inspection but now I will not have my vehicle until the window is fixed. Very disappointed with their customer service, they should have called and said windshield was damaged at least, then I could have made other arrangements.
