These 5 stars all go to my service advisor, Troy Zhu at OpenRoad Hyundai. Troy was super helpful, professional, and efficient in helping us find our first vehicle in Canada. Troy has been honest and knowledgeable not only about their own brand products but also about other models in Asia, which helped us analyze the pros and cons in our decision making. We will definitely come back to him for our second car in the future.

A great dealership with friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming staff. We recently took delivery of a new vehicle and we can honestly say it was a very quick and easy process.Regarding our Product Advisor specifically, Matthew Meneses was extremely helpful. His knowledge, accommodation, and availability through each step of the process of taking delivery of our new vehicle was paramount.Kenny Ho in Financing was also excellent. He was quick, organized and thorough with the financial paperwork. He took time to make sure everything was satisfactory and understood with us before moving forward.As we have only just taken delivery of our new vehicle in the past few weeks, we can not say anything regarding the service department just yet, but will update the review after we have had the chance to interact with them. We trust they will be great though.

We had a very pleasant experience purchasing our first EV here at Open Road Hyundai. Working with Eric Kwong and Alvin Woon was fun and easy, making the whole experience memorable. Eric was not pushy in making the sale, he went over the car with us in detail, and was patient with all our questions and inquiries. Evy Wang helped us go over the finance stuff and she was super friendly and funny. Overall it was a very positive experience, they have a great team here! Highly recommend!!

Service was amazing at this dealership! Everyone was very welcoming and understanding. The dealership itself was very clean and comfortable. I purchased a vehicle with Quentin’s help and he went above and beyond. He was very patient and answered the many, many questions my grandparents and I had throughout the whole process. He didn’t rush through anything, explained everything little detail and really made us feel confident with the deal and car we were getting! My service advisor, Daniel, was friendly and helpful. Never had any issues coming here to have my Hyundai serviced.Note that there tire mount and balance service is reasonably priced @ $120.00 compared to other places offering the same service upwards of $180.00.

We recently visited OpenRoad Hyundai in Richmond and had the worst experience, here’s why you should never visit this showroom.1. Even after making it known that we were interested in the 2023 Elantra before booking an appointment, we were called to the showroom only to be told by the sales rep that it will no longer be available as he had sold the last one 3 hours before our arrival.2. Since they do not know the exact date for the 2024 model, we asked about getting a refund if we put down a deposit since we are travelling outside Canada in 3 months but were told that we would lose the deposit and the car would be sent back.3. We were also told that due to the uncertainty, we would be wasting our time and his time" as he would not get paid if we do not pickup the car and the purchase is complete.4. He added that he wouldn’t want to waste time taking us to test drive the vehicle if we were unsure about buying it.If this is how they treat customers before purchase
