Sorry to give a bad review in such trying times but the rates are too bad. They charge $5 for a 4' x 6' which is fine but suddenly the rate jumped to $10 for a 5' x 7'. More bizarre was that this ratr wasn't even there on their price card. I wouldn't use this place again.

She was friendly and fast. But to print out 3 small Photos I paid 13 Dollar. To be honest I was shocked in Germany I would pay 1€

This is one of the only places we know where to get photos taken for our passports. But like any other store in crystal mall, the customer service is nothing close to a 5 star.They do get their job done though. So I can't really complain.

Terrible experience getting passport photo here. They gauge you with high prices and the photo didn't even meet requirements. Had to get another one done

You are welcome to waste money HERE. They charge $28 for passport photo with ZERO knowledge of the size and requirement of passport photo (Making it in wrong size And not fitting the requirement). You need to Pay more to fix their fault. 100% not recommended.

I think the experience was quite good at this photographer.It was the only photographer open in the area for passport photos on a Sunday, and seeing the reviews on Google, I was skeptical. But I was desperate to find a place that took photos for a Taiwanese VISA. Overall, the price is similar to the photographers in the area, and the photo quality is excellent. The turnaround time was ~20 minutes, just like the name suggests.The management might've changed at this place, as I didn't face any issues mentioned in the 1* reviews. Great, fast and affordable photos.

Scammer! I requested for PR card photo. They charged $20 and sent me a digital photo via email. They said good to go. After I went back home, I found I must send two physical photos for PR card. Another day, I went back and asked for physical photos. They said I have to pay $10 more for them. WTH! I was very cleared to request the photo for PR card application. They understood what I needed and charged for useless digital photo without providing me physical photos and want to charge me more. Their PR card photo price is higher than Cosco, London durg, staple already, but Cosco, London durg, staple provide physical photos you need! I asked for refund my money back because they didn’t meet my requirements. They said they did the job already and refused refund. I pay for PR card application photos without photos:(

Would give a zero if I can. Long story short. If you don't speak Cantonese, don't go to this place unless you wanted to be charged twice the price as others.Went to this place for visa photo, being told the price was $32. it's overpriced, but it's still fine. Later on another person who was a Cantonese speaker came in, asking for the same service, the lady told the customer in Cantonese the price was $15 (for the same service). lol Next time DON'T assume others can't understand your dialect. lol

The auntie is just little bit old to operate the PhotoShop properly….. She cannot adjust the brightness and darkness to meet the IRCC requirements for my PR photo. After 4times try, I decided to PS it by myself, and then it passed. Better to go Londondrugs I guess :/

I was charged 28$ for printing 14 pages black and white on 7 sheets (both sides)Will never use their services again, won't recommend to print any documents there!
