This place is an absolute ripoff I would definitely never recommend anybody going here I bought a phone the 1st week I was having issues with it cause it wasn't functioning properly . They refused to help me the absolutely have the worst customer service I will be sending letter to thank the Better Business Bureau letter Cause I'd paid for a product that is not working and they will not do nothing about it

Dropped my phone and watched it bounce down cement stairs. :( Could see a couple of small cracks, but the screen was black except one small blue corner. Could hear my phone ring, hear texts, but absolutely could not use my phone. Today my alarm went off at it's scheduled time. I couldn't turn it off or turn down the volume. Phone spent day in glove box. Went to Telus, where I got the phone. The Phone Experts Communications Ltd." couldn't temporarily hush my phone and put it in a back office. My IPhone 6’s screen had been smashed by my 3 year olds scooter. The screen was barley hanging on with cracks all through it. I brought my phone to them at 1.30 pm and they called me back within the hour to say my phone was ready. I’m amazed at how perfect this phone looks after getting it back and the price was well worth it. Service was so friendly. I would highly recommended these guys for all your needs when it comes to your electronics like tablets laptops and cell phones.
