Moving into a new condo I knew I wanted to change the locks. I booked my appointment a few weeks in advance. The day of the move, Bridgette called to let me know she was running early - what a great surprise! She quickly changed the tumbler in the high security lock, addressed a sticky door knob and even assessed the existing patio door security bars. Meeting Bridgette was like talking to an old friend you haven't seen in a while! Simply lovely service! Thank you!!

Excellent service. I had a new door lock on my Elantra and I wanted to make it match to my key. Not only that it was done fast in less than 2 hours but also for a very reasonable price and excellent quality. The key works nice and smooth as it was original.The lady locksmith is very knowledgeable and polite. I will use always their services whenever I'll need.I heartedly recommend this shop.

I found this company through google and saw they had a 5 star rating. Its truly a 5 star company, Bridgette and Ginette (i think that's how you spell their names) are the absolute best in customer service and getting the job done.My front lock was broken and when I called, Ginette took the time to discuss the different options and recommended the most cost effective solution. Bridgette came to do the work with a bright personality and very knowledgeable. The work was completed very quickly and well done.I will always use them in the future and definitely recommend them!

Being born and raised in PC, having used their services several times, I highly recommend. The ladies are wonderful and knowledgeable. Moving out to a new area, I will be using their services again even though there are plenty of other service providers. For me it's about TRUST in the professionals I engage in business, especially who has access to my door. I don't have to think twice, it's done, well done and safely.

Their service is absolutely amazing. I was hoping that someone would be able to take a broken key and reproduce it. I showed up on Saturday just before closing and I received great service, and a duplicate that worked perfectly. I also booked an appointment for their locksmith to come over and check our lock. The work was done quickly and flawlessly.
