We had a fantastic experience with Waterloo Limo! I am not normally one to do reviews, but the great reviews is what lead me to this company, and I am extremely happy with the service. Cris was very fast at responding to e-mails, flexible with changes to our plans, and very professional. Sean our driver for our 2 trips, was fantastic! We were excited to get him again for our second trip. I would recommend Waterloo Limo to anyone looking for high quality service and transportation!

I was very impressed with Waterloo Limo's professionalism! My friends and I hired them twice to take us on Niagara wine tours. They arrived a few minutes early with the entire trip mapped out, ready to go! The driver was extremely friendly and accommodating to all of our needs. The limo was comfortable, clean stocked water and glasses for drinks. I highly recommend them and will definitely be booking them again in the future!

I booked a few months prior to our wedding, got super fast responses and very easy to work with. Cris was great and service as well. We rented the large van and rolls Royce, awesome surprise for my husband. They were practically the only vendor that I had that knew what they were doing !Very thankful, thank you!

We hired Waterloo Limo for our wedding. We used their limo service to go from where we were getting ready to the church as well as their Rolls Royce as our get away car. The vehicles were clean and drivers complied with COVID regulations. Both our drivers were very friendly. Most importantly the planning process was easy! Cris was super helpful with answering all our questions in a timely manner. Both services were on time and we couldn't be happier.

Couldn’t say enough great things about this experience! Cris was our driver and he was beyond words incredible! Had ice already in the Limo, on time and we even requested a couple of extra little amendments on the day of and he accommodated incredibly. So nice and personable, will definitely be using their service again! Amazing, amazing, amazing!

I contacted Waterloo Limo to facilitate a return trip to Toronto for my wife's 30th birthday. Cris was very easy to work with for the booking, accommodating and prompt with responses. The day of the event was great. Sean, the driver, was on time for the pick up, delivery to TO and return with the group (he is also a saint for listening to the music that 11 partying women played at full blast the whole way back!). 10/10 I would recommend them to anyone and will use them for any other services I need in the future.

His experience in driving to the heart of Toronto was clear as he kept to our schedule perfectly despite traffic slow-downs and construction. Used this service to go to an event in Toronto from Kitchener this week. It was reasonably priced and the service exceeded our expectations. Our driver (Shawn) was on time all evening, professional and very accommodating. The vehicle was clean and perfect size for our needs. Will definitely use this service again.
